We stayed at the Villa Pantai Karang for our last 4 nights in Bali. Loved the location and the room and the hotel staff were lovely, particularly Krishna who was at the desk for most of our stay. The only reason I have marked down service was because of the breakfast. If I went back I wouldn't pay extra for breakfast as there are so many cafes near by where you can get a fabulous breakfast rather than the heavy and not very nice fry up available at the Villa's beach cafe. We were staying in a sea view room with a balcony. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, seating area and large bathroom with walk-shower. There is a coffee/tea making area with a capsule coffee machine and tea bags and capsules were replaced every day. The Villa location is perfect with beach access through a gate and a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and cafes. Sanur was very hot and humid and was the first place in Bali where we were bitten by mosquitos so be sure to bring spray, especially if you are sitting out along the promenade.

After a challenging two-week stay at various locations in Bali, I was hesitant to return. However, Villa Pantai turned out to be a delightful surprise and a perfect end to our Bali trip. We stayed for four nights, and on the last night, my mom joined us which was organised by the staff. The staff had thoughtfully prepared a spare bed for her upon our check-in.From the moment we arrived and walked through the lush greenery to check-in, we felt as though we had entered an oasis. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, with impeccable cleanliness and warm, kind service throughout our stay.Located in the heart of Sanur but tucked away from the beach, Villa Pantai offered a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way, with two plunge pools and two covered outdoor areas where we could relax with a book away from the sun.During our stay, it felt like we had the entire villa to ourselves, adding to the sense of exclusivity and relaxation. The king-sized bed provided the most restful sleep, complemented by luxurious bed linens and amazing pillows. Waking up to beautiful sunrises and spending mornings on the beach, making friends and soaking in the serene views, was truly unforgettable.I was impressed by the villa's sustainability efforts, including refillable glass water bottles, complimentary filtered water, and generously sized toiletry bottles. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast on the beach was a lovely touch.I can now confidently say that I would return to Bali and only consider booking with Villa Pantai for a long-term stay. I am already eagerly anticipating my next visit to this beautiful retreat.

Really disappointed that our families booking was cancelled 5 weeks before arrival.Management stated that they had double booked.Our family had booked 9 months ago.Very disappointed.

We have booked this villa and cannot contact them regarding very late arrival.Have been ringing and emailing with no response .Reviews indicate no staff outside of check in hours so have no idea how we will go arriving at midnight.If Villa Pantai read this would you kindly answer me
