Beautiful hotel, excellent swimming pool. On the other hand, quite a bit of humidity in the room and bathroom filled with limescale.

The room itself is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, smiling and competent.On the other hand, it's a real disaster because there is the motorcycle circuit right next door. You are awake at 8 a.m. and it is impossible to relax around the swimming pool as the noise is unbearable. The location of this hotel is really creepy.Breakfast quite good but not very plentiful.

Stayed for 7 nights, booked though booking.com for 2 villas - upon arrival was told room was broken and offered an upgrade to a single family room which did not suit us. Staff were able to accommodate and were given 2 of the more basic rooms. The rooms are in need of repair and maintenance, our air conditioning did not work however once bought to attention an electrician came and fixed it. I found the staff helpful. Hot water did not appear to work in our room but it was that hot in Sanur that did not bother us. Really enjoyed the out door shower setting by the private courtyard. Cleaners were courteous and cleaned rooms daily.The biggest downer was the alley/laneway is out of the way, very dark at night and stray dogs through it, only walked it once and had to fend aggressive dogs off, luckily there were some construction sites so were able to grab some scrap to fend them off.The food was good at the restaurant inside complex. Another couple of positives are you can hire scooters directly from reception for 100k IDR a day and also arrange very cheap laundry services. Pool is extremely clean and very good chlorine balance.

After the Komodo tour this was truly a paradise. Super Indonesian atmosphere. Wonderfully sweet staff. Luxurious and large rooms. Nothing to complain about. Price quality is really what it is. Highly recommended. We find many of the negative reviews below really ridiculous. It is a wonderful place with the most beautiful garden and swimming pool!
