The location of the homestay is excellent. The beach is about 5 minutes away on foot and shopping opportunities are a dime a dozen.The facility is well maintained and the staff is friendly.Our room was not convincing. It was very dark as it only had one small window, which offered no light due to its location in the corner of the stairwell. The bathroom had no ventilation and therefore smelled a bit musty. Rusty parts of the sink also fell off...The room was only superficially cleaned, especially the frames of the beds were really dirty - everything from hair to crumbs.We had to dispose of our rubbish bin, which also had to be used for used toilet paper, into a communal rubbish bin - unfortunately we were not told this when we checked into the room. During our five day stay the room was not cleaned. Our bed covers were old blankets, stained and full of holes. We used our beach towels to sleep, our own duvet would be recommended for a stay.The pool is not accessible to all rooms. The WiFi didn't work.It should also be noted that it was very loud on the premises until late at night due to the host family and became very loud again around 6 a.m. in the morning.If the surrounding accommodations had had rooms available, we honestly would have moved. Unfortunately, we cannot understand the good reviews.

This place exceeded my expectation. I stayed in a pool room and it was very clean. The staff were amazing and the location was fantastic.

Great location, cool vibe in the common area. Rooms are huge, but a bit smelly. Bathroom gets super humid.quiet here with great service

For the very price 👍 but only on booking during the reservation we talk about a swimming pool but access is not to all the rooms too bad that should be said...otherwise well placed and good value for money

ordered here by Tra***ka around the 1st or 2nd of May, but it was still far away for the 19th of June, but when we arrived it was said to be full book, the reason was that there was a booking error and we were moved to DonaHome (400m distance). Then the guard said it was really nice, she didn't know whether there was breakfast at DonaHome or not, we were told to ask and if there wasn't, we were told to come to Putri Homestay for breakfast. hello, the distance is 400m, if we want to have breakfast we have to walk a long way, is that their fault, I don't care. Even if we are moved, we just have to accept that it's okay, but it's a hassle for us. Then when I complained, there were words 'well, just cancel if you don't', that's really easy to say, if you cancel it, it's already past check-in time, it's forfeited. Yes, we are the ones who are harmed many times🙂‍↕️We book online a long time ago, not just booking or booking on the spot. how come this makes me so disappointed? We've come a long way, bringing things too. Just move the location......😑😑

The price is cheap though. The bathroom drain smell is so strong. There were ants because there was no screen on the bathroom window. Everything comes in. The cleaning condition is not good

Large room but a little dark, TV, no kettle, large and comfortable bed but the sheets not exactly clean and scented. Large bathroom but with cracks where animals could enter. Good and plentiful breakfast, one of the few places where I found (in two months in Indonesia) toast bread with butter and jam

Well it's a good hotel, but I lost respect cause they lost my sunglasses Reybn.At that time I left my glasses because they were left in the hotel, but they didn't take good care of them, until now there is no responsibility which I think is very unprofessional. Hopefully in the future it will not happen like this to the people who stay there, even though there must be a responsibility for small things, such as paying the price of the glasses, because it eliminates guest items that must be taken care of properly and correctly but not done by the hotel owner. It's a pity that the hotel is good and comfortable but the response and responsibility are not there at all.At that time I left my glasses because I left them at the hotel, but they didn't look after them properly, until now there has been no accountability which I think is very unprofessional. Hopefully in the future something like this won't happen to people staying there, even if it's a small thing, you have to take responsibility, such as paying the price for the glasses appropriately, because it takes away guest items that should be looked after properly and correctly but are not done by the hotel owner. It's a shame that the hotel is nice and comfortable but the response and responsibility is not there at all
