First of all the deplorable welcome, we arrived from a long road in intense heatA lady received us and showed us a table where we had to sit to complete the formalities, not a smile, not the usual friendly greeting, not a glass of water, nothing! (but where has the legendary smile and friendliness of the Thais gone)The rudimentary and old-fashioned room, But, beautiful view of the swimming pool and the sea. You should know that the photos on Booking are from another era. Behind the hotel you can see the beach equipped with deckchairs and parasols, it is false this little piece of beach is full of rubbish and garbage bags and there are no more deckchairs and parasols, moreover, 15 meters to the right there is a channel which discharges its wastewater into the sea with its odors sewers. The restaurant room is very dilapidated and dirty, two old rusty rotten refrigerators royally litter the restaurant room. A curtain made of wide strips of plastic separates the restaurant and access to the corridor leading to the rooms, which is disgusting with grease and dirty. The deckchair cushions are worn and dirty. Of course I will publish the photos that I took to support my statements (if they are not removed which is the case on Booking)For breakfast we have 3 choices, we opted for the Pancake, so, a juice, a coffee, a Pancake and a few pieces of cut fruit. We won't be entitled to anything more! The day of our departure which was early I asked the day before for a breakfast box, they gave me two pieces of toast cut in two, I went to see the boss telling him that at €85 per night I was still hoping have some fruit and just an extra bottle of water.Upset, he replied that it wasn't his fault if we left early? We received a few pieces of fruit and told me that the discussion was closed and he didn't speak to me again.We hesitated with the small family structure and a lush hotel located a hundred meters further, the Princess Kamala, which was 120bath (3€) barely more expensive and which we went to visit, what a regret not to have chosen this last !We have made two trips to Thailand and stayed in no less than seven different hotels and this is the first time that we have been disappointed and so poorly received!My opinion is long but it is mainly to help other travelers because I am convinced that the negative opinions on Booking disappearMy comment has already been modified and the photos sent have disappeared.

Large room 206 but the view from our patio doors was straight onto a blank wall beyond two Balconies that you could touch complete with sun loungers that we didn't have on our balcony, see pictures. …

Pleasant Dutch owner, nothing is a problem for him, he will accommodate everything. Nice accommodation, we didn't miss anything. In the center of Kamala beach and yet there was peace. Sunset on the beach right behind the hotel. Thank you to the hosts🫶Simona and Jakub

The hotel is older but the location is very good fronting the main road for restaurants and backing on to the beach. It's not the nicest part of the beach where you would sit but you can walk up the beach without going on the road from here. The room was large and clean with a good balcony, I think it was one of the bigger rooms as some others faced sideways not directly at the sea. The breakfast was basic but nice. There is a restaurant at the front of the hotel but also a nice bar/small restaurant at the back facing the beach with good food, you can also get drinks here when at the pool. My only issue was that the walls are thin, we had noisy neighbours but that is a risk in any hotel. For the price I think the value is ok, we enjoyed it and would probably stay here again. Kamala beach is a nice area.

Good hotel, close to everything. Nice owner of the hotel. The orange cat made the stay a little better because I have an orange cat myself hehe
