Stayed here overnight on my way to Chiang Mai and on the way back. Nice and quiet place, rooms are clean and has authentic Thai interior, which I loved a lot. I was pleased with the number of street food and restaurants near the hotel.The only thing that made me upset is a big and hard pillow that was impossible to sleep on, so if you are sensitive to things like that, make sure of having something to sleep on with you

450 baht for a nice private room with ac and hot water. Owner is nice and has a cafe attatched to the guesthouse. You can also rent a bike for 100 baht. The location is good and if you are staying in the new city then stay here, but do beware that it is an hour long bike to and from the old city.

The rooms are in a newly renovated commercial building that is clean and fresh. Can travel back and forth easily. The host takes care of minor problems right away, such as lights not working and quickly replaces the bulbs with new ones.

Good value for money. Hotel very well located against the road which leads to the historic site. The staff is discreet and friendly. We can't say that there is a Guesthouse atmosphere here but it is quiet and we sleep well!

The rooms are spacious and quite clean. We paid €25 for two nights in a double with air conditioning, hot water and a shower, which is rare to find in this type of cheap hotels in Thailand. They don't change sheets or towels, but they change trash cans and replenish toilet paper and hand soap and clean the floor. They are quite friendly and explain how to get to the main area. We had to leave a deposit of 300 baht which was returned to us upon departure. Highly recommended for the price

This is a clean budget guest house. The friendly host can rent you motor scooter, bicycycle, arrange for guided tours of ruins or help you get bus tickets. Great vibe a little tricky to find your way in and out haha but every tuk tuk moto taxi and person I met knew where it was. Only 4 miles from Historical site same road 🤙🏻👍

Recommended if you stay in Sukhothai New City.The room is not big, but it is clean.You can also rent a bicycle or motorcycle, and it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to reach Sukhothai Historical Park by motorcycle.You can park your motorcycle at the bicycle rental area across from the historical park, rent a bicycle for 30 baht, and tour the historical park.The daily cost of renting a motorcycle at EZ House is 300 baht.

I rent bikes. The deposit is a passport, and you rent a full tank and refuel when you return it. 300 baht for 24 hours. Sukhothai has few rental bike shops, so this is a valuable shop.

There are only two outlets in the room, so I just plug in the refrigerator and TV and that's it.

Nice hotel, very clean but in March during the hot season the absence of AC is something you would feel the lack of. We suffered the heat. In terms of the location it's is 10 walking minutes away from the bus terminal but it's 14 km away from the historical park making it a bit hard to reach.

Excellent experience. We needed a place to crash before a morning bus ride from Sukhothai to Phitsanulok, and this place was perfect. Affordable, kind host, family-owned establishment that I would 100% recommend!

For a solo travel traveler a single room here was perfect. Basic, clean and cozy, comfy bed, hot water, AC and only 10 minute walk to the bus station. The kind and good English speaking owner runs a cafe with good coffee and food for breakfast. Plus he gave a good tip for traveling to the historical park (old city) because it is 11 km away--he said it's cheaper to get a Grab rather than a taxi or tuk tuk, which helps the budget if you're going there for a couple days. But one day at the historical park is enough too, it just depends on your interest. I heard there used to be a shuttle that connects new and old city but currently it is not running. Plus have to mention across the street/caddy corner from hotel is a great restaurant called Check In Eatery, but it's more of a brunch, lunch or dinner place as the hours are a bit later if you want to get an early start on the historical park so recommend eating breakfast at the hotel.

The owner seems to be grumpy, but he does everything...Stop at the historical park.Sukhothai itself has inconvenient transportation.November 2022. There is a shuttle to Sukhothai across the street, but it is difficult to get the timing right.You have to rent a motorcycle to get around.The terminal is about a 20-minute walk down a side road. There is 60-70m of unpaved road in the middle.I can still hear the sound of the tea going on.If possible, stay at a historical park, and if you're downtown, I recommend this as well (I haven't tried sleeping anywhere else).
