Kapok doesn't want to come to this place anymore, the place is dirty and smells like lots of mosquitoes, the water is difficult, the AC isn't cold, the price changes, the price changes, basically, I don't really recommend it. If you want to go to this place, it's better to think again. Below, someone commented well and gave five stars from Lie Amy Valencia, if I'm not mistaken, that's the name of the owner because I once transferred to an account number in that name and I still have proof of the transfer...

If you want to take a shower, you have to wait first because the water always smells when you open it, the lighting in the boarding house is not enough, there are a lot of extra costs, especially sometimes it gets dirty

Not really recommended for boarding, let alone office work. The reason:1. In the past, I was tricked into choosing a boarding house here because there were good reviews and good photos, but it turned out that the staff and management of the boarding house had good reviews, hahaha.2. The facilities at Mamikos are not the same as those at Mamikos (no rooftop and hot water)3. Guests or family are only limited to 2 visiting hours. My parents were asked by the boarding house keeper when they stopped by for a moment hahaha.4. Some of the employees have borrowed money for illogical reasons, and it takes a long time to pay it back, so it's like begging.5. Likes to do impromptu inspections or room checks, when the occupants are still working or outside the boarding house and the receptionist's electricity has been turned off.6. Likes a lot of impromptu rules and strange additional fees, for example toilet cleanliness (even though you just enter a dirty toilet)7. Parking is not clear. Like suddenly being asked to pay even 50 thousand palak, asking for clarity, even the boarding house employees give up.8. Once you double-locked your motorbike because you left it on outside work and was scolded by a parking attendant who liked to ask for money.9. Don't use disposable gallons, because you will be fined. He said he had to buy it from the boarding house.10. The water heater only runs for 1 week. I had a complaint from December until it came out and it was written off with the excuse that it was still being fixed. Why did it take so long to fix it, almost half a year? However, the work won't take very long.11. NO HP SIGNAL, really BAD wifi.12. The reason for the increase in boarding house prices was not explained13. If residents take a long time to respond to complaints, is it their turn to demand that they be obeyed?14. There were lots of cockroaches, from the start I was told they would only handle it a week before CO even though I had told them I wanted CO about 2 weeks before15. At the beginning there were also centipedes.16. The water smells bad when you just open it.17. The refrigerator smells because the food has been stocked for too long and sometimes it doesn't cool until the food becomes moldy.18. The deposit turned out to be disbursed H+3 after the CO and there was no information whatsoever from the boarding house management, even though I always followed up if I was going to CO from a day in advance until the day-3 of the CO as informed.19. Internal management of the boarding house needs to be improved because there is too much miscommunication.

Wouldn't really recommend it, especially for boarding here (think about it a million times hahaha). The boarding house is infested with cockroaches1. The water heater died (even though it hadn't been in for a month at that time) it was said that it had been repaired for more than 3 months with no results.2. They said there was a rooftop, but it turns out it was converted into a bedroom, hahaha3. Be careful if you want to leave the room, you're afraid that when you come home the token will be turned off from the bottom (so it's a loss to fill in the token again).4. This is the most important, guys, because in this boarding house there is NO SIGNAL, even though the good Telkomsel doesn't have any at all.5. SO MANY POLLLL GUYS COCKROACHES.6. Be careful about being asked for any additional money. free parking? SADLY NO hahaha. you have to pay, that's the way it goes, not to the boarding house but to the stall keeper. That's all.

Those who want to live in a boarding house here should think again, firstly the boarding house has lots of animals, bed bugs, secondly the employees are not responsible, there is no initiative, very very disappointing, if there are zero stars, that's really right

Advantages: the rooms are okay, bigDisadvantages: Those who want to live here should think about it first. I like to add a lot of impromptu rules. Lots of extra costs. Surprise inspection from management. The management is really annoying. In the beginning there were no rules, in the middle we added this and that rule. The wifi is bad, slow. Then he said he could park, but instead he was charged for parking again. When I asked the management, they gave up.

Room:1. The bathroom water is smelly and gritty.2. Wifi is slow and often turns off.Service:1. I was told that parking was free but was asked for parking money every time I wanted to take my motorbike out by a neighbor who took the initiative to collect the resident's motorbike without being asked. When informed to the management, they only answered "just give it as sincerely as you like, you don't have to give it," but if you don't give it, it will become a small argument with the neighbors.2. At the beginning, I was quite satisfied with the existing room, but over time I was obliged to add a TV and boarding house cleaning services at additional costs without any discussion of this at the start.

Actually the rooms are nice... But the system is not clear, families from the village take a break during the day. I've only slept for 2 hours and I've been kicked out and told to leave... there's no tolerance for that at all. Yes, a minimum visit of 5 hours. The important point is not to stay overnight,Very bad service. Ask for help, this, this, that. Even passing passes. Don't understand that, ask someone else for help. He said it wasn't his working hours. If it's not working hours, why are you at the hotel 🤦🤦. When you just turn it on, the tap water smells bad. Wifi likes to have errors... hahhh.
