Wow. Incredibly disgusted by this place. The view is the only decent aspect of this lodging. What a disappointment. Our first room had BED BUGS. Be ware. The second room … we found mystery shit on the floor… which could be either from a rat or gecko. We haven’t seen either but can hear a rat scurrying about above our heads. You can make the determination yourself. Save yourself money and a headache and stay away from Village Above The Clouds.

It was a very good experience. The environment is unbeatable, surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle. The only thing is that it is a little far from everything, but it is worth it if you are looking for a quiet place. The staff is very attentive and friendly and the food is exquisite (if you go, you have to try the banana pancake). The only drawback we can say is that our room, which was not a villa, was inside the restaurant and you could hear the people there. The bed was very comfortable, but you couldn't cover all the windows with curtains and first thing in the morning (around 6) it was already light into the room. Still, we recommend it because it is a good experience.

The villa is comfortable and suitable for those who want to be away from the crowdsthere are only a few minuses, the sliding balcony door can't be locked, the shower jet in the toilet has very little water and doesn't even come out, the water heater has problems, can't regulate the temperature, so sometimes it's really hot or cold, the car park doesn't have a roof, so the car has it must be wet from dew/rainbut overall this villa is comfortable
