The rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious.The bed linen was worn and had dirty stains.When we arrived we were immediately given the key and not helped in being taken to the room.Room position 2nd floor, balcony. But our view was a wall (very disappointed)It's very easy to attract ants in the jungle. So if you bring food from outside, you must finish it immediately.The area on each floor is not very clean.The bonus is that the location is on the side of the road and close to the Tretes market and on a Saturday night the area under the hotel is really busy.

Sorry, Synergy, I only gave 5 stars as a form of support, but I have to give criticism, because I'm sure the owner rarely checks the hotel. The hotel building is magnificent but the interior is dirty, because the room ventilation is minimal, it becomes damp and moldy, I stayed in the superior which has a balcony, facing west. So in the afternoon the heat enters the room, because there is no air conditioning/fan, the outside air is cooler than inside the room. The air in the room was like an old room that wasn't used, there was a smell of dust. The toilet also smells, and the door cannot be closed tightly from the outside. The TV has lots of channels. There are no bolsters, but there are 4 pillows, which is great.OK, now the plus points...For the kingsize bed, there is a prop in the middle, so the spring bed is like 2 beds made into one. Clean pillow covers. And most importantly, the spring bed springs are bouncy, making it last longer 😄. For amnitis, it's quite complete, hot gallon water is available outside on each floor, provided with a glass but there's no spoon... I stir it with the handle of a toothbrush 🤭. For hot water, the bathroom uses an electric heater with a large capacity, so no matter how long your shower is, the heater is very sufficient, and just turning it to the left is really hot, that's great, but maybe this is the reason why this hotel's cash flow is leaking, the heater with big wattage, very friendly hotel rates, I can't imagine the electricity bill, if you replace it with a gas heater you should be able to save almost 80% of the budget used for electricity.And can be diverted to repairing and cleaning other hotel facilities.The balcony is very ok, there is a clothesline for towels. Suitable for those who often take large showers 🤭.If you smoke on the balcony, don't smoke in the room, the bad smell will stick.There's no ashtray, so just use a glass filled with water.This is my honest and complete review, I hope the owner reads my review.

The place is quite comfortable but not soundproof so outside sounds can be very audible. There is hot and cold water, towels are also clean, close to everywhere, especially on weekends there is a night market. Minus on the TV (no channels, so can't watch TV):(

The hotel is right for the price, the location is strategic, close to the Tretes market so you can walk, the rooms are OK, there is hot water too, ample parking, wifi is OK, only the TV is not digital

A nice and comfortable place to stay that you can try. With an affordable price, you can get a clean, comfortable room and complete amenities. There is also hot water. Even though there is no air conditioning, it is enough. The receptionist is also friendly and kind. Safe parking for motorbikes and cars. Yesterday, I stayed here for 2 days, the room was cleaned and arranged. Everything has been revised and added.

The place is quite comfortable for the price set... the facilities meet your needs, strategic location, near minimarkets, places to eat... the view of Mount Arjuna in the morning is very clear...It's just that for some rooms the paint needs to be updated... and the suggestion is that it's better to just use neutral colors (white or cream) not green 😁Overall recommended for those looking for low budget but comfortable hotels ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friendly reception. Clean bedroom/bathroom. The facilities are okay (TV, wifi speed 4 capable cellphone). Got the last room for 2 people. But the reception is good so it can accommodate 4 people. The weekend price is affordable, 250 thousand.

A hotel that is really worth it and the price offered is really worth it in my opinion, even above my expectations with the price offered, what's more, the location is on the main road so it's not difficult to find.The room is quite spacious and clean even though the room I stayed in was a little damp and some of the paint was peeling but it wasn't too disturbing, there were 2 mineral water, 2 cups, toiletries, toilet paper, 2 towels and a bathroom mat which is usually rarely found in hotels with minimal budget, there are trash cans in the bathroom and next to the cupboard which of course is also rarely found in budget hotels. There is a small terrace that can be used to relax.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will return here when visiting Tretes. The receptionist was friendly even though I checked in super late, parking was adequate for cars and motorbikes and even though there was no AC or fan, the air was cold enough for me. Another added value is that it is close to the Tretes culinary center so you only need to walk to find food

A comfortable hotel for families holidaying in Tretes on an economical budget. He's very friendly. And the location is close to Tretes market. In the evening, just walk downstairs a little and you will find lots of delicious sellers of rabbit satay, grilled corn, ronde, etc. Anyway, very satisfied staying there.
