Make a reservation from 4 rooms The hotel website, but when I checked in, said the rooms were full, only 3 rooms available (there was no email back or call to inform). Throwing things back and forth between the hotel and the website, but the impact fell on the guests. In conclusion, they had to buy an extra bed for 1,000 baht per room. There are 2 beds because the check-in time is 2:45 p.m. and it's too late to find another place. Further on the issue of the employee named Hey, she uses soft, harsh words that are inappropriate for service work. But I would like to praise the employee named Gail. Even though there was a bad incident regarding the room, the employee still Speak and provide good service.

The accommodation has good service. There is a welcome drink while waiting to check in. The ground floor has water, snacks, coffee, always free. The rooms are clean and neat, the beds are soft, there is a smart TV, cool air conditioning, and the bathrooms are clean. Has a slight pipe smell. Not much parking But there is another parking lot about 200 meters away. Golf carts will shuttle you to the parking lot. and convenience stores

Very good accommodation, new, beautiful, luxurious, high class, cheap price if compared to what you get. There is a shuttle bus to the entrance of the alley and 7-Eleven and water snacks available 24 hours. All the staff are polite and lovely. The room is quiet and nice. One floor has only a few rooms. There is a washing, drying, ironing, microwave, ice, fitness center, near BTS Lat Phrao, soft beds, clean rooms, very nice to live in. Very impressed.

Come relax. during the long holiday From what I experienced from the beginning The staff were very welcoming and there was a welcome drink and snacks to eat as well. You will be taken to your room. Highly recommended The rooms are small and compact. Complete appliances in the room You can watch the internet on the TV. The bathroom's water flow is a little slow. The bed looks very magical, very comfortable. There are 2 boxes of milk in the room as well. Very cute. Wake up early and ask for help taking me to 7-Eleven and I take them. There is a place to iron clothes, do laundry, and a microwave. Breakfast here is delicious, with just enough to choose from. Hotels near the subway and yellow line Convenient transportation. In summary, it's good, all in one place. The staff are super cute. Next time there will definitely be a chance to stay again.

I have been staying at this hotel for >10 times since last year. The staffs are very supportive and providing great services. I would like to -2 star for facilities this time. The parking availability under the hotel is quite limited. I was waiting for last remaining parking space in the afternoon, but at the end, the owner's cousin came later and then took that last space, they asked me to move to another parking lot even though I was waiting there quite a while. Not impressive.

The room is comfortable and the staff is friendly, especially Fah's service is very good, very friendly and able to solve problems immediately in Chinese. Overall very satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel, and the excellent service is what makes me want to come back.

The receptionist was friendly and gave good information. The room was nice and clean, the bed was soft, quiet, the atmosphere was good, and there were 2 boxes of milk provided. Coffee bags and tea ready There is free coffee and drinks available 24 hours in the lobby.The bathroom is good, but the splash glass is a bit small.The only criticism is that the old white towels are a bit dark. Scented shower gel and hair shampoo can be used. Near the MRT Yellow and Blue Line Lat Phrao, walk to Central Department Store about 5-600 meters.

The location is good as it is close to the MRT, but the room smells. The windows do not open, so there is no ventilation.Breakfast seems to have few options for bread and mainly consists of rice and noodles.

The reason for choosing to stay at Benjarong is Searched and saw a picture of a thick bed, probably soft and comfortable to sleep on, but when we arrived at the accommodation it made me feel even more impressed. The reception staff speak politely to everyone. Check-in-check-out Easy and fast There were no interruptions at all. The accommodation provided a welcome drink as well, which was very cute. As for the service staff "P' Tawan Chai", they were able to provide detailed information about the services provided by various accommodations. I feel very impressed.
