Design is ok, bright, parking is quite large, close to the city center, breakfast has several food choices, you can get bottled minerals, pandan pudding, tea/coffee. Got it for 310 including breakfast. The hotel is clean, the civil service water turns on quickly. There is a dispenser outside the room so you can drink freely. The receptionist (Tia) was very friendly. Each room is provided with a basket for laundry. Only 3 thousand/pot of clothes (picked up before 10 am, already finished at 4 pm). There is also a restaurant that sells food (so you don't need to leave the hotel). The minus is that there is no shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, bedroom slippers, toilet tissue, civil servant water jug. Satisfied with this hotel. Affordable prices, ok facilities. There are also places to eat around the hotel, everywhere is close.

Cheaper hotel that facilitates you those bad experiences.Bad Service, Bad Facilities, Receptionist doesn't have a good attitude, Rooms on the top floor smelly (smell of cigarettes).The lights went out in the middle of the night due to an electrical short circuit but it took a long time for troubleshooting and/or without compensation to customers who needed a break.Advice to Veteran Homestay, please explain at the beginning of the booking process that this homestay is not equipped with adequate electricity and a cooperative receptionist.Its sad for this hotel to experience me as a customer because of their action itself.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The standard single room type is very suitable for backpackers. The advantages are fragrant rooms, cold air conditioning, dirty clothes box available and close to the cafe on the ground floor. The drawback is that there is no mineral water in the room and there is a lack of amenities in the room. Overall sufficient for the price given

All good actually (especially wifi and cold/warm drinking water refills) but, there is no elevator so if you bring elderly people/disabled/pregnant women/large suitcases, this is a bit of a challenge because everyone uses the stairs to get to the 4th floor. Still recommend this to my friends who can still go up and down stairs😣

Come on, guys, if you go to Palembang, just look for accommodation in a homestay... there's also good wifi, cold and hot water...
