the receptionist service is slow, the parking lot is dirty, parking is expensive, the person guarding the parking lot also has to stay at his post, this actually sits far from the post, so we kind of wait until he gets to the exit post, that's all that's the case with all those guarding it, the security also not very friendly, playing on cell phone all the time, what's strange is there are 4 lifts there, but only 2 are on, that's the case if it's after 10 pm only 1 is active, whereas we pay for electricity together every month, what's the point

This was my first time going to this apartment with the intention of renting it monthly but it turned out that the picture was very far from the photo on OLX, from the moment I was about to go in, I got my ticket, the aura was already dark, I went straight to the lobby, it looked like it wasn't well maintained, then I parked in the basement, it was even more horror before I got there when I entered. Inside, the atmosphere is very quiet, very quiet and when you enter the room you want to rent, it smells really bad, it looks like it hasn't been filled in for a long time and it's worn out, it's really different from the photo of the oil, don't ask about the toilet, it's dirty, lots of cockroaches, I wonder why it wasn't cleaned first, even though I know someone wants to do a survey. Yes, even though the room isn't great, I'm still curious about the swimming pool and I'm still disappointed whether it's a swimming pool or a fish pond, it's really small, then the mini gym is really small, the equipment is really regretful, I really regret wasting my time going to this apartment, advice for those who want to rent it, use the photos the newest one, don't take old school photos as if they are good, we think we don't use the effort to go there, we lose fuel and time, I feel like I'm being cheated, this is honest, to be honest, and the strangest thing is that the apartment is that big. I went there on Saturday, which in fact, there are a lot of people working on holidays, it's very quiet and very scary. The most scary thing about parking is just try it if you don't believe what I'm saying ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha bought the unit as if it was trapped, thanks😰😰😰😰😰😰

Honestly, I live here, everything is fine with facilities, etc. It's just that I live on the same floor as a food seller who, when he cooks or grills dishes, smells good until he enters the room, even though it's quite far from end to end, every time he passes by, there's the smell of various kinds of cooking. I don't want to be an obstacle to people seeking sustenance, I just prefer the comfort of the smell of each room. Because the room isn't that big per unit. So, when it comes to mixed smells or aromas, it can make you very uncomfortable because the aroma can stick to the clothes and fabric in the room.

Drop food at the reception until 5 minutes by motorbike taxi to pay for parking. For other apartments, a maximum of 5 minutes of free motorbike taxi.

This apartment is a strategic location near to minimarkets, places to eat, toll roads... the rooms are also nice and comfortable if you want to stay here... the view is also cool, it feels like you're in the village... the service is also friendly😍
