Orders on the Red Doorz apk are available, the TF money has arrived but when I went to the receptionist they said it was full. instead I was told to contact the center. This is the one that takes care of receiving it offline but the room apk is still there. dilapidated... advice for those who want to stay, choose another place. you'll be disappointed later

This is the first time I've ordered RedDoorz here... I'm stupid for not reading the reviews... and I've ordered a room via TOPED 2 weeks before the check-in date... on the day I checked in the receptionist immediately refused on the grounds that the room was full and had been canceled by the party. reddoorz.. I'm confused, there's no info, there's no call for cancellation in the app.. when I called CS Reddoorz, they said it was still possible and there was no cancellation. says the room is full, what else can I do?And what's worse, I found out they were selling the room I had ordered because there was an event that day so there were lots of groups staying. And of course the rate is more expensive than what I paid via the application... What's worse is I don't know but there were still 3 people who were refused to check in even though they had ordered 12 rooms.I suggest you just close this place.

What's worse, this is a nightmare hotel. The first time I came to the reception room on the ground floor. It's like a place to hang out there because it's so busy it's like there are 8 people there on the floor playing on their cellphones and smoking. When I was in the room, the AC couldn't be turned off, the TV screen was broken, I couldn't get towels, the sheets were really dirty, dust was everywhere, the atmosphere in the room was horror, the pillows were destroyed (not shaped like pillows), there was no internet wifi signal. When I wanted to check out I was presented with people sleeping on the floor with no clothes on.Previously I was offered a room containing two rooms, each room had a double bed, but apparently one room had a single and there was a chair that was badly torn. The price per night is expensive and the quality is very low. Univ boarding houses are better than this.If you want to stay there, don't do it, you will be disappointed*Don't trust the reviews of the Red Doorz app, especially the Green View app

The bed cover was dirty, the bed cover I had to ask for a transfer to the Reddoors office again... that was it, the towel was dirty and I used it as a doormat, the dirty bathroom mat was dirty, the sink had cockroaches, the fridge, what else was sticky, wow, it's not recommended, even though the price is cheap, but you have to pay, sis. Please don't be careless, when you check out there are mas2 lying on the office floor and using a bedcover, no wonder the bedcover is dirty for sleeping on the floor, please change the service, don't be disappointed, thanks

There were many disappointing things when staying at Reddoorz Apartment Serpong:1. Parking fees will be calculated per hour and for motorbike parking it can be up to 24 thousand.2. The condition of the bathroom door is damaged.3. It says there is free wifi, but it can't connect.4. No doormat.5. Subjectively, the conditions are a bit scary.6. The toilet is very narrow.7. The AC is not cold enough.8. There are used/dirty items in the cupboard.9. There are no trash cans in the room.10. There is no hot water for showering.I've stayed at other Reddoorz and was satisfied, but here it was very disappointing... 😤
