We stayed here for two months. Beautiful place!1. Good location, very comfortable with the bike. Quiet and calm, you can take a walk, nearby (you can walk) there are several cafes, inexpensive and tasty. Shops and a fitness room are 3 minutes away by bike.2. The rooms are large and clean. Cleaning every week, change bed sheets, towels, remove trash. It doesn't smell like mold, which is important.3. About mosquitoes and audibility - there really are mosquitoes, we asked to close the holes in the doors and walls, and there were many fewer of them. There were no problems with audibility. Yes, you can hear your neighbors on the balcony, but almost not in the room itself. (Maybe we got very quiet neighbors, I don’t know)4. The service is excellent. At the first request, they will do everything you need - bring water, an additional router, close holes in the walls, and the like.5. The pool is cool, big, you can swim as a workout, or just lie down.The downside is that the internet doesn't work very well. It was possible to work, but sometimes during calls I had to switch to my mobile phone. You won't be able to pump something heavy either. It was a little annoying, but if you don’t work, there won’t be any problems (small life hack - for some reason it was the google chrome browser that didn’t work well, others worked much better)Overall a great place at a good price!

MOSQUITO INFESTED AREA.. there is standing water FULL of mosquito Larva actually in each bathroom -Also right behind the building, like touching the south side are Chicken Barns.. This place is NOT healthy.. also the apartments a falling apart.. new rennovations are just lipstick.. anyway.. fi you want to catch Malaria Dengue or wose.. stay here..

I wholeheartedly and emphatically recommend this establishment to anyone in search of a truly exceptional experience. The generously proportioned and impeccably maintained pool, coupled with the conveniently placed hanging chair on the second floor, added an extra layer of comfort and enjoyment, elevating the overall stay to unparalleled heights of satisfaction. While the experience was truly remarkable, the only minor inconvenience was the less-than-ideal internet connection.

Thank you so much for your hospitality! Your attentiveness and helpfulness was at the highest level! Large and cozy apartment with a large and comfortable bed and private terrace! There is also a communal pool on the grounds which is cleaned and tidied regularly!I was very satisfied!
