Having resided in Urbana Homes Bintaro for a month, I can confidently say that it provides a highly satisfying 'kos-kosan' or boarding house experience that is thoroughly praiseworthy. Despite a few areas in need of enhancement, the boarding house earns a commendable 4 out of 5 stars overall.What struck me immediately about Urbana Homes is its favorable location. Its closeness to the Jurangmangu KRL station makes for convenient commutes, and having Bintaro Xchange Mall nearby ensures that shopping and entertainment needs are always met.The boarding house itself boasts a recent, aesthetically pleasing design. Each room features its own balcony, providing a personal haven of outdoor space that truly elevates the living experience.The range of facilities at Urbana Homes is impressive. Residents have access to a well-appointed kitchen, complete with a microwave, air fryer, stove, and all essential cooking utensils. A washing machine for laundry needs and a sizable garden for leisurely downtime are additional perks. The garden, while spacious, could benefit from outdoor furniture for communal dining or work sessions.Yet, there are a few aspects that could be improved. The first being its remote location, as the boarding house is a fair distance from more lively areas, and the access road can be quite dark at night. Moreover, the surrounding area is populated by quite a few dogs, which may pose an initial adjustment challenge for some new residents.The communal refrigerator is another area that could use an upgrade due to its small size in comparison to the number of residents. A larger refrigerator would definitely be a beneficial improvement for the communal kitchen.A significant point to note for potential residents is the limited parking space. Unfortunately, the parking area is not large enough to accommodate all residents' vehicles, necessitating some to park outside the facility. This could be inconvenient for some, especially during busy periods or inclement weather.In conclusion, despite some minor drawbacks, Urbana Homes Bintaro stands out as a prime choice for anyone seeking a premium boarding house in the Bintaro area. The experience was overwhelmingly positive and should I find myself living or working in the Bintaro region again, Urbana Homes will undoubtedly be my top pick.

Those who own housing here, please cooperate, condition their dogs, many of my motorbike taxi friends have been chased when delivering orders here...in fact, they say one has even fallen off a motorbike while being chased...it's a mess.

Please, for those who live here, if you order food via online motorcycle taxi, think first about the driver's safety... there are so many dogs, there are 10 of them, it's crazy.

Thank God, I've been living here for about 1 month..The building is still new with an industrial design..The facilities are quite complete,-there is a shared washing machine,-shared kitchen (there's a microwave, even an airfryer too)-cleaning service once a week, -back garden (I really hope there is a table or chairs, so you can hang out in the back with your laptop)-A small outdoor space is provided for each room for drying clothes..-smart tv..Near the Mangu Gorge station... you can walk...Near the Bintaro Jaya Xchange mallBut the minus... especially for those who will board or stay there for a long time,- no big wardrobe, only a small hanging wardrobe🗄️- The head lamp in the room is also not bright enough (dimly lit)💡- shared refrigerator is too small for 10 rooms- quite far from places to eat, places of worship (mosques), food stalls, etc. This means you can't walk, you have to ride a motorbike (too far to walk, but not far if you ride a motorbike)-In the room there isn't much storage/shelves that can be used, so you need to buy it yourselfOh yes, because this boarding house is still in a private area (there is only 1 house adjacent to this boarding house), right and left, front and back are still gardens, so the owner of the house next to this boarding house still has a dog to maintain security aroundWell, be careful, these dogs are usually fierce towards newcomers 😅 I've been chased once by these dogs 😅 but after a while if the dog already knows us, it won't chase you anymore... in fact it's annoying to see 🐈But overall it's a nice experience to stay here 🌥️🌥️

A neat new building built using modern architectural techniques with furniture as comfortable as a hotel/villa. Feels like staying in a villa around Bandung. Friendly guard, fast response, we looked for an impromptu hotel where it was full, finally we were able to stop by here at 9 pm. For monthly rental it is also very comfortable, the air is clean and cool, close to the station but not disturbed by the sound of trains at all. Easy to find breakfast and food nearby. The mezzanine room is really cool and comfortable. and those who enter Urbana Homes are safe because those who enter cannot be careless (without an ID card and marriage certificate). Thank you, Urbana Homes, I wish you more success and blessings! *I feel like every month I want to stay in an Urbana Homes version of accommodation like this, good job and great idea!
