A slice of paradise in the heart of Ubud. We selected this place to stay for three nights based on the few photos and limited reviews posted in Agoda. The lobby of the Villas is through a short winding alley off the Main Street. Surprise Surprise!! Once in you are in heaven. No street noise, a tranquil garden with a pleasant variety of tropical trees and bushes is what you see. The staff is super welcoming, and with ample smiles takes you to your private villa through a stone path bordered by an inner rice paddy. Yes!! A beautiful rice paddy in the middle of the villas.A huge double wooden door lets you in your two story home with a private pool and gardens. Breakfast comes in every morning at the time you request, and you can even ask for a floating breakfast if you are up to it.We ended up extending our stay at the place. Mella at the front desk was a fantastic hostess, and can arrange for spa services at Jaens spa (amazing). This place is actually very close to the Sacred Monkey Forest and you may be visited by a monkey while you are here.Enjoy and unwind🙏🏼Beware that two blocks away there is another hotel with similar name Wana Karsa Hotel is a different place altogether.

In a very central location. There are restaurants, markets, pharmacies, doctors, motorcycle rentals, gas stations, massagers, in short, everything around you.Although the rooms are a bit old, they are very large and have enough dollars, drawers and shelves. There is also a safe in the room. It's great to start the day by diving into your personal pool as soon as you wake up.The employees are friendly. Helpful, caring. It could have been a little cleaner and the internet connection was bad. That's why I deducted 1 star.

The facilities are too old. It must have been good when it was first established. The water pressure is very weak. There are a lot of mosquitoes and ants. The air conditioner cannot be operated. The location is good, but it's located inside an alley that's hard to find.

~2 week stay in two storey villa in September '24 for my partner and I. Reasonably priced (booked through expedia), great location - easy walking to great cafes/restaurants (Suka, Twist, Who's Who) as well as easy walking access to Yoga Barn ~10min (take the back entrance before Sally's Kitchen), 10min walk to Collective Club and Yantik Laundry.Very friendly staff and always happy to accommodate requests, breakfast was basic and simpleThere are cafe's/restaurants that intermittently play music until ~11-12pm pm which disrupted our sleep so loses a star - however this is a consequence for a central location.Pro's: amazing central location, amazing staff, clean villaCon's: can be noisy until 11-12pm

Very beautiful set of villas in the heart of Ubud and close to all amenities. Probably a little expensive for the quality. The staff is attentive and responsive to any request. Do not hesitate to ask for kitchen equipment (plates, glasses, dishwashing liquid, etc.) because nothing is available directly in the accommodation. The walls are very thin, you can clearly hear the neighboring villas. Don't expect luxurious housekeeping like in Europe. You have to appreciate geckos (harmless) and not be surprised to see rats (kitchen and under the ceiling above the bed).Overall we had a pleasant time there.

The back of the villa is a restaurant, so you can hear loud music until 12pm.The villa is large and in a great location, but it was a bit uncomfortable and unclean with not enough amenities in each room, some areas that were not cleaned, and sheets that were old and linty. The water quality of the pool was not well maintained, with a lot of leaves clumping on the bottom. The hardest part was waking up a few times in the early morning because there were rats running around on under the roof. I was afraid to open the door outside at dawn because the rats were scratching at the ceiling when the lights went out.I was very disappointed with the villa..

When we first arrived, the room and bathroom were really dirty, we asked for it to be cleaned, but when it was the same again on the second day, we called someone and showed it. The next day it was really clean. Of course, there are still shortcomings for someone who is very meticulous, but it was enough for me. I couldn't give any stars because the staff were very attentive and made a lot of effort to be helpful. I guess I was hoping they would find a new place to fill in the gaps. Breakfast is average, could be better. There is a small hair dryer in the room, although its performance is not great, it is better than nothing. There is no hand soap or hand and face towel, I brought a face towel myself because I saw it in the comments. We also used shower gel as soap😅 You tell us the time for breakfast and when they bring it they wake you up by calling, it was sweet. Considering the price and performance, it is an enjoyable place. When you have a request, they really do their best to help. There are many opportunities in terms of location in the surrounding area. Of course, you will still see insects, lizards, etc., but this should be considered normal in this nature. Overall it was a nice experience.

This was such a lovely stay in ubud. We had the 2 room villa and it was so calm and peaceful, with our own super clean private pool. The rooms were tidy and our outdoor area was lovely. …
