Great villa but I’d suggest you bring all your food you need with you on day one and don’t leave. Staff were nice, but the service was limited.Getting in and out of this location is painful.Everything is ready to go. Pool, karaoke, pool table, games, yard games, fire pit and more

We were a family of 10 adults and 2 kids and we did nothing but stay in and had a great time. There is plenty to do here with the facilities being well kept. Adults loved the karaoke and pool room and the kids didn’t want to leave the pool. Amazing stuff guys, thanks!One con is that you have to be careful of the roads… it’s not the usual big roads and you will go through small roads and kampungs. Worth the travel in though!

Best Villa in Puncak, elegant, large space, there is a miniwater park which makes the children really feel at home. For this price, it's super worth it. This can fit 7 families, a total of 35 plus people. There are lots of extra cabins and cool places to gather. There is a smart TV and an entertainment room with billiards to make you feel at home. The rooms are air conditioned, the bathrooms are new and trendy, clean. The extra folding mattress is also comfortable. The in-house chef facilities also make it easy to prepare meals from the villa so it's okay. The kitchen can also be used. Absolutely will come back again!!! I swear the mini water bomb makes this villa different and makes me miss it because the kids love it!

The villa is really cool, the view is also delicious... the kitchen is separate and very proper so the villa stays clean and doesn't smell like food.+ the villa is nice+ the view is good+ can cater+ the staff is kind and fast+ complete facilities

- the rules don't make sense- You can't sleep if you don't drool, the bed sheets have stains, a fine of 1 million- regulations appear after payment- Can't check in in the morning even though no one was staying beforehand- not worth it- lots of frogs- makes you in a bad mood- can't eat- the service is slow- Villa Bahlul or Sahrul

Honest review, okay?1. The view is really really good2. The interior is also really nice3. Car access to enter the villa is quite challenging. It's scary for beginners to drive a car. Difficult street elite villa.4. The rules are very strict. The fine if you don't follow the rules is millions of dollars. My advice is to ask for the rules first before booking.5. There is Netflix, there is a pool room, there is a karaoke, but the karaoke is all old songs...search by YouTube can't work6. Check in must be 15.00 and check out must be 12.00. It was really stiff even though we came there again without any previous tenants but still couldn't get in early...
