Comfortable, very helpfull staff. A bit far away from the city centre but its also quite chill and silent thanks to that. With Grab, the hotel is easily reachable. We enjoyed our stay as a child-free young couple here.

Very mixed. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. It's very clean. Breakfast you can choose. I didn't really like the location. It can take up to 50 minutes from the center of Ubud. Massage prices are 3 times more expensive than in town. The on-demand transfer is 4 times more expensive than a local Grab or Uber. I won't go back there. It's far from the traffic, we didn't find any easy way to go and eat in the evening. The restaurant prices are excluding taxes and at the end when you pay the bill by credit card another 2%. The only place in Bali where this happened to me... When the cars are quiet, but since the windows don't close at the top, you are in Bali so roosters and dogs make noise at night.

Hotel far too far from UBUD! either you take a taxi or you buy an excursion or you rent a scooter… room good but not up to the standard of a 4 star, be careful the hotel shuttle does not go to the center of Ubud it only serves coco mart which is a mini market…,,on the other hand good restaurant and lovely staff, very smiling and very helpful.

The stay has been fabulous. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is great, very clean and quiet. Almost every night there have been live music and traditional dance shows. The waiters Artha and Dewa Andy are very friendly, kind and attentive. We haven't missed anything with them. They are wonderful people. And chef Kadek Widana has taken great care of every dish he has prepared for us. All their food was exquisite. Finally, they had the detail of preparing us a surprise dessert congratulating us on our honeymoon. They are all incredible. It's such a pleasure to travel, we have felt at home.

Thank you so much For a wonderful stay, our room was clean and comfortable, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The surroundings were quiet and secluded. Thank you also to our expert chef Kadek widana for our cooking lesson and delicious lunch.

Rooms old and smelly. No window/ Glass Front doors opened directly into the restaurant. We had to choose between privacy and natural light. Toiletries refilled manually in small containers. Cant imagine same fingers going into tiny jars to get lotion and conditioner.The quality of the toiletries was also bad.No Buffet breakfast. One main meal per guest for breakfast.Waited hours to get the dinner I ordered.The staff was kind. They made it complementary to compensate for delays.They tend to forget the food orders. However the staff was very kind and always trying hard to compensate for the delays and issues.The pool was small and one of the guest was having breakfast in pool while kids were trying to play. We had to contain the kids in one corner of the pool to avoid splashing in their food.The location was slightly away from main city.
