We came as a group of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) to check in at 14.00 and planned to arrive at 20.00 but the receptionist said that it was only allowed for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We said we were not staying overnight, just resting for a while before continuing our journey. However, the receptionist and the owner were adamant in saying that 4 people were not allowed in the room, even if they were just resting, even though the hotel regulations did not state it, and the online application where we booked also did not state the provisions in question. We wanted to order an extra bed and they didn't want to, basically we were asked to add 1 room. What I regret is why the rules that were conveyed weren't written down? Finally, after checking in and praying for about 1 hour in the room, we just agreed and left.

Actually, I didn't expect more from a hotel at this price, but I'm not discussing facilities here. Just please improve the cleanliness of the rooms and the service. The receptionist has to be called first and doesn't stay. "Then the room was also really dusty, there was hair left."

Surprised there was a rat in the bathroom drain. The exhaust cover is open every room I stay in, I think it's because the gas in the exhaust rises. But why did you open Mulu, when you looked at the floor and the table it was already scattered and there was a container of mouse pups also on the table and in the bathroom. My food is scattered on the table and the trash in the basket is random. like shower water every time you want to use it, it smells. Mhon to pay more attention to the cleanliness.
