Very good value for money, hotel is clean and bedsheets and towels smell excellent and clean. Bed is firm but I prefer it that way. Staff is nice and friendly. Nice view of the city, stayed on a 7th floor.

Good photos. But in reality it is much simpler. For 3 days they never cleaned the room, even after they were given a hint. They said that we could take out the trash ourselves somewhere along the stairs, but we didn’t look and simply found another better hotel nearby with a swimming pool. The drain in the bathroom was clogged, even after the technician, the water still drained slowly. The bed is the hardest in Thailand😂 (where we were). The air conditioner was the noisiest in Bangkok, but not effective, for some reason it was cold, humid or stuffy, no matter how you set it up.Well, there’s only one shelf that’s tattered - you need to buy white paint and paint it, otherwise it’s not aesthetically pleasing. I won’t point out other little things, but all the staff need to be taught to smile (only one girl smiled)😁 we’re in Thailand🧐Value for money, quality and service 3-

I came here at noon with my baby. The staff was very friendly at first until I checked my passport as Vietnamese. She arranged for me to go into a room with a broken light bulb, not enough shower gel and shampoo, wifi that couldn't connect, blah blah...When I went to ask for help, he told me to wait 30 minutes to pump water, and I went out until 10:00 at night and still had no water. It is very inconvenient for families with babies who need to use water. Every time I ask for assistance, the receptionist often says, "I don't know what to do," or worse, she tells me to wait but doesn't do anything about it. I was so disappointed, but because I only stayed for 3 days, I couldn't change to another hotel. Please be careful to choose a comfortable place to stay so you don't get angry!

- Very satisfied staying experience here. The hotel receptionist is English speaking and friendly. They will provide any kind of info if required.- They have a comfortable smoking area with wooden tables & benches, and they have washing machine too.- The hotel environment is quiet because it is located inside the residential area, hotel guests can have a good rest after a tired day.- Staying here is worrying free of security problem. Room card is required to access to the hotel rooms.- Due to the super hot weather in Bangkok, this hotel is very considerate in providing a very strong power A/C in the room. This is the best service I ever had in Bangkok 😆❤️🥰

Clean rooms, spacious rooms, inexpensive prices, good value for money. In front of the alley, 7Even restaurant. Lovely staff, good service. There is complete equipment for customers, including a hair dryer. There is a toothbrush set. For people who are not prepared, it's comfortable. There is everything in the room. It's just that the room may not have much soundproofing. And if people don't have their own cars, they may enter and exit deep alleys. But you can use the small minibus service.
