Fatal bathroom... The cup needs to be changed and there is no hot water. The air conditioning did not work well.Good location and you don't hear any noise.

Dis honest hotell manager. We made and paid for a 3 night stay via an online service. When we arrive for our stay we are told they no longer work with that company, and that they will not honor the booking. As the hotell is still listed on Agoda, we can only assume that the hotell manager is completely dishonest, and when he could book our ( fully paid for) room for more money, he did. He of course did not help in any way in our attempt to get a refund, and told us " its your problem, leave the property" we got to spend the next two hors walk8ng the streets looking for a vacent hotell in the middle of high season, and to pay for two rooms that night. Terrible dishonest managment, avoid!

Great location just beside port, staff were very friendly, rooms are nice but the showers in bathroom need attention as no hot water and very weak pressure, there was a mouse in our room on one of the nights too but other than that a great place to stay!

TO FLEE !!!!!I stayed 2 nights. On the last day, returning from our tour of the islands with my best friend, one of the staff told us that we had no reservation that we had to go out, in fact I was checking and I had got the name of the hotel wrong. We enter the room the air conditioning was turned off and suddenly my instinct told me to check my suitcase, I went to my computer bag which was in my suitcase and I noticed that my money which was in an envelope in a discreet pocket in my bag was no longer there, the envelope was empty (I had between 100-200€), furious I went to the employee he told me that he came home just turned off the air conditioning then his manager arrives and there given his behavior, gestures, way of speaking, it could be him who was served. He tells me we're going to look at the cameras as if by chance a few minutes later he shows me photos that they are unreadable because there is no network... since we had to leave the hotel the manager probably thought that I wasn't going to check whatever it is... I have to go to the police unfortunately they couldn't do anything because the cameras were useless. In my life I have had to do thousands of professional overnight stays and vacations in different countries but I was really in shock.

When I saw the rooms I couldn't believe something in such poor condition. If it weren't for the fact that it is on the main street of Gili, next to the port, I would have absolutely nothing good to say.

We booked on Airbnb and got scammed, we could stay in the hotel but had to pay more than it was on Airbnb per night. The staff tried to help us as much as possible and felt horribly that someone on Airbnb was giving false prices and trying to scam people. The room is okay but it is not really clean, toilet as well. Without the helpful staff it would be 1 or 2 stars only.

This place is right bang inbetween the hotels bars and best restaurants to eat at on gilli trawangon .if your here to smash back the drinks and munch down the tasty food you will have buckets saved to spend on all that by staying short stay here . Sunbath on the beaches right on the door step and use all the facilities close at hand at all the flash places.It is brillant to get of the sand get into A.cond room chillout and then do it all again for the cost of the stay $22 aus dollars.i have stayed in motels hotels and homestays and this place is great to get your knowledge on and checkout all thats about till you dicided whats going on at the 3 Gilli islands of lombok
