The worst hotel we have ever been to. The room stank of damp, the smell was so strong that it was impossible to get used to it. The sheets and pillows were damp and the smell of everything was nauseating. I had to use a towel to place on top of the pillow because I couldn't sleep because of the stench that the bedding gave off. The next day I had to wash the pajamas I had worn that night because of the disgusting smell I had gotten from sleeping there. In addition, the mosquito net was super dirty and they spread it on top of the bed, so that you would feel disgusted as soon as you arrived. The sofa and floor had stains. The room was super dark and gloomy, on one side the window overlooked the pool (we were at a lower level of the pool, like a semi-basement) and on the other side it overlooked a hallway through which people passed, which you had to spending all day with the blinds down, in the dark. Zero privacy. The pool had absurd access, there were hardly any hammocks and the water was freezing, we couldn't swim. Very crappy breakfast, fruit full of flies... A disaster from start to finish. It is impossible for this to be a 5-star resort, they must have invented it. Don't book here unless you want to ruin your vacation.

We had an amazing time staying at the honeymoon suite at New Bali. The service was amazing and the workers were really kind and friendly. Food was great at the restaurant. The rooms were super private with a really nice pool. Would definitely come back if we visited Bali again sometime in the future

Amazing stay! We sadly arrived with food poisoning, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The room was the not a bad spot to be stuck in bed, with TV and room service plus aircon!We were able to enjoy the pools, spa and yoga once feeling better and wished we had more time here!

5 star hotel just outside Ubud. We stayed in a private villa with a garden swimming pool and large equipped outdoor area.The villa was divided into two rooms each with a private bathroom.The very large bathrooms had access to the outside (sheltered from the view from the garden, although accessible from outside), with a beautiful outdoor shower and the toilet also outside(!). This last detail might not please some.....Breakfast was not very varied, with the possibility of ordering express dishes, although with quite slow service.The least pleasant thing about the hotel is its location. Virtually nowhere, it takes about 30 minutes by taxi to get to Ubud.If your intention is to stay in your room or hotel and relax all day, this is the right choice. Conversely, if you want to explore Bali and go out to Ubud in the evening, it's better to look elsewhere.

I highly recommend!The hotel is a little out of the city center but you have the hotel shuttle which takes you to the center and brings you back. Hours are regular. The service is great. Villas with great swimming pools! Top brightness. Top service. Very good food and good value for money. We don't have much to say. The gardens are very well maintained. The activities offered such as yoga, walks and sound healing are a real plus! We had an excellent stay. Thank you to the staff for all the little touches.

I inform them 2 weeks ago to cancel the place cuz my dad was feeling ill and we couldn’t make it to the trip but they selfishly rejected my request . While other hotels actually refunded me as I show all the evidence that we couldn’t make it to this Bali trip .very disappointed by Balinese , I thought Indonesian are kinder than this :)

The hotel is hugeeee, beautiful and very green! Feels like an oasis. Its about a 25-35 min ride to the main “downtown” area in ubud. The hotel has everything you need so I recommend enjoying a few days in, from yoga class to balinese healing sound classes, theres tons to do!The only thing that i was disappointed with was the breakfast part, as it was very confusing with not so many options, as you would expect for such hotel.However, i forgot my passport in the hotel when i checked out and they prompted messaged me and kept it safe!

The appartments are not worth their price.Everything is old, needs renovation.Noisy hotel nearby - loud music was till midnight.Breakfasts are not tasty, products are bad in quality, everything is dirty.Smell from the restaurant is bad and can wake you up in the morning.Better choose other option.

By far the best resort I've ever stayed at. We went here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely beyond EXCEPTIONAL! Gorgeous grounds, beautiful room, wonderful caring staff, amazing spa and medi spa, and all for a great price. Highly recommend the floating breakfast and private romantic dinner if you're looking to do something special. Also the rice field walk in the morning was beautiful. I can't recommend this place enough.

We stayed in their hotels in both Seminyak and Ubud for 8 days. Everything was perfect. The service, cleanliness and friendliness were outstanding. All employees were trying to help. The rooms were very well-kept and tastefully furnished. We also loved the pool and flower bath. Its garden was large and offered us many opportunities. It was 5 km away from the city center. There is no social area around it. If you notify in advance to go to the center, the shuttle drops you off free of charge. The road near the hotel is quite neglected but it is a very short distance.Spa service was also very nice. The common areas of the hotel were like a botanical garden, all kinds of flowers and trees were beautiful everywhere.The only thing missing for me was that I needed a piece of cheese for breakfast :) Our breakfast habits are quite different but it doesn't matter, thank you Nuh Bali for everything🙏😊
