We have spent 3 days here and from the first minute the treatment has been unbeatable. Spacious and clean rooms, the pool and common areas in very good condition and the workers always attentive to whatever you may need. Good quality and very diverse breakfast, as well as drinks at a very good price. They not only care about your stay, but also about getting to know you and learning about you. Without a doubt I 100% recommend staying at Ardi Beltza if you come to Gili Air.

Very bad experience. The owner, after telling him that we had found the room unmade and that we ended up in the emergency room due to a cockroach that got into the ear of one of my traveling companions at night, threatened us with calling the immigration police if we didn't. We were leaving the accommodation. He told us that he would refund our money and then he blocked us on WhatsApp so he ignored it. Booking has returned it to us. We ended up in a cheaper private villa and light years away from this shabby accommodation that all the good comments it has are from the owner with different profiles. Other Spaniards with businesses on the island told us that the owner of ArdĂ Beltza is not in his full capacity to manage the accommodation and treat his clients well.

I really enjoyed spending a few days at Ardi's Bungalows with my family. We shared a cozy comfortable bungalows. The staff were thoughtful and eager to help. The breakfast pancake was a highlight all us 5 were looking forward to. đź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ť

I don't understand the other comments... we stayed there for 2 nights it was more than enough the bungalows are more than rudimentary far from the image that the photos refer to, uncomfortable beds which creak at the slightest movement. No sound insulation, really horrible bathroom with odors coming from the pipes. No storage worthy of the name, towels that are more than used, view of construction waste. The price is clearly more than excessive given the service, in short, it goes without comment.

A small piece of Euskadi on the quiet island of Gili Air managed by an excellent host, Antton, its owner. He leads a team of very friendly and attentive young locals. Delicious breakfasts. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The villa is great to spend time with friends or family. The location is unbeatable, next to a crystal-clear beach, great for swimming with fantastic sunsets.

We went there with a group of french people and a guy from Netherlands 2 weeks ago and we wanted to stay 2 nights but the service, the hospitality, the swimming pool and the location (1min away from the beach) made us want to stay one more night and we did, we extended. But if we didn't have volunteering in Ubud, we would stay forever there. I want to give a special thanks to Agus, Zul, Imam, Habibi and Anton (the owner of the place) for taking good care of us, for respecting our privacy, for their smile, kindness and sense of service during our journey in Villa Ardi Beltza. We'll definitely come back ! You guys/girls can go there with your eyes closed.

Came as a group from England, as soon as walked in staff were welcoming and gave us complementary drinks once we were shown to our rooms. The staff were able to provide us with a snorkelling trip at competitive prices which was great especially as we walked 1 minute from the hotel to the beach to get onto the boat. The pool facilities are good, rooms are very good value. All in all are stay was great/ the best pace I have stayed so far in Indonesia. 5* would recommend

Amazing place next to the beach on the northern part of Gili Air. Super comfortable bungalows and beautiful swimming pool. The place is owned by Antonio, which is the perfect host, making this place like home. Breakfast is delicious with different options to choose from. Super relaxed and chilled place, 100% recommend.

A fantastic accommodation, we stayed with our family for more than a week. The company is now run again by Antonio and his staff. Extremely friendly and helpful, extensive breakfast, good rooms, nice swimming pool, location is good and above all a place with a very pleasant energy 🙏
