This was one of the best villas I’ve ever stayed at. Great efficient check-in experience, the villa has everything you need for big group of friends, there’s a store and Money changer nearby and you can easily ask the housekeeper who lives on site if you needed anything like laundry service and breakfast preferences. Friendly & responsive service, from after booking via OTA a few days later there was confirmation from the villa number, before arrival they were also followed up again and given the MoD number. Check-in time is 15 o'clock and check-out time is 11 o'clock. Before check-in, the weather in Ubud was raining, the wind was very strong & it was not possible to go to the tourist attractions, so at 14 o'clock we decided to go to the villa first, it was allowed if the conditions were not 100% clear, It wasn't a problem because I needed shelter and put things away from the vehicle, it was still raining very heavily. The car parking area is sufficient for 2 cars provided the driver is reliable and can park facing the villa or facing outside; or crosswise it can only fit 1 car, our family who brought an H1 unit was quite an effort when we first parked the car here. The ambience is comfortable & beautiful, the air in Ubud is also cool, nice for sunbathing in the morning while swimming or chilling in the swimming pool area. 4 rooms (connecting master bedroom, rooms in other areas are still on 1 floor and below via stairs). If you stay more than one night, you can also request a make-up room. There is a kitchen area with utensils that can be used, there is a microwave, stove, dispenser, washing machine & clothesline too, there is a common room with a TV (just log in to our Netflix account) and a fan, really family friendly. Mosquito repellent is also provided, it looks like there are no mosquitoes but it's also useful because mosquitoes bite you for a long time. After a day of sightseeing, returning to the villa felt nice because it was comfortable, there were also those who spent half a day here because it was so comfortable. You can also find breakfast or dinner by walking, nearby is Bali Funtastic, you can dine-in there, or online via Gofood. There is a large family area with a large table and chairs that can be used to place food or items. The only downside is that you can find lots of small reptiles because the area is semi-outdoor.
