The rooms are simple and not worth the price... For a rate of 350k we get a room with an AC that often turns off (the electricity is not strong) & the old tube TV is also dead. Friendly service, but the lady serving is very chatty. He said he could get breakfast but he didn't give it because we had already received food from the family.The only advantage is the strategic location...

expensive, the price does not match the facilities. smelly, dirty, haunted, hotel not recommended. At 9 o'clock the gate had closed, it wasn't clear. Don't stay here, this is where swallows nest. where is the dirt?

it's all not good. From the room it looked like it was haunted at 12 o'clock at night there was someone knocking continuously, there was swallow droppings, it was smelly, dirty, basically don't ever try to check in at this hotel, the service is rude, I don't intend to work, the price is not appropriate, I think it's a good hotel, you know. like an abandoned hotel

the hotel is not comfortable, the facilities are lacking, there is no security, the hotel is like a hostel at 9 o'clock the gates are closed, plus the women are fussy... the point is really bad... and plus it's like a haunted hotel... the AC remote isn't on thank you... the TV can't change channels... it's not friendly either... the price and facilities don't match

Good spot for travelers looking for the city centre walkable location. Wouldn't recommended for those who are looking for convenience in a new building and quiet ambience. The furniture indeed need an upgrade
