I had a wonderful stay at this establishment. Spacious rooms, superb swimming pool, attentive staff... the dream. And a big thank you to Gede for his professionalism, his kindness and his smile. I will come back with pleasure!

**Update**Since Glenn reached out, the refund showed up successfully in my account (took less than 24 hours). THANK YOU!I truly appreciate the assistance.----------Unfortunately it's been disappointing customer service in regards to a missing refund (April 2024). Staff at Outpost keep sending me a reference number, and stating the refund was successful. I shared with them that I have yet to receive the refund. I was asked to provide my account statement - which I even gave them, and it clearly shows no refund. They provided me again with the reference number and asked me to seek my banks help to track the missing refund. My bank shared they're unable to track using the reference number provided. I shared this with Outpost and their response was that the refund is shown as successful on their end. It's been such a frustrating and disappointing experience. I'd really appreciate some assistance to track the missing refund amount (approx RM 3000).

What to say !!! Not very professional and don't want to understand anything!!! they wanted to charge us for breakfasts already paid for via our Booking reservation!!! I do not understand very well !!! Is there a bad transmission or are they taking advantage of tourism to round up their profit!!! So we didn't have breakfast, even though we paid for it. A word of advice if you go to this hotel do not have breakfast, you risk paying for it twice. I think we are not the first to suffer this inconvenience and certainly not the last!!

The room is comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom is also spacious!(The shower is attached to the ceiling, so replacement is not possible)We gave a welcome drink and the reception was very friendly and attentive to our requests. They also clean neatly.Restaurants nearby are a bit more expensive than local prices, but they are all clean and delicious. And since it's near the Monkey Forest, you can just walk around and see monkeys haha.One thing that is disappointing is that there are things floating around in the swimming pool that make you not want to go in, so there are very few people using the swimming pool. I took one star off because of the swimming pool…The accommodation itself is very Balinese and pretty. Next time I come to Bali, I will come here again 🩵

Amazing place for workation!!! stuff is very friendly and place is quiet and clean. I also added package to use their co-working place. I am glad I did! Best Wi-Fi ever in UBUD. They have all what you need as nomad traveller like myself. Can't wait to come back!

My time here was perfect. The room is very comfortable and big, the pool is nice and the coworking area was awesome to combine work and relaxing. Above all the best thing is the staff (specially Jun), always similing, helpful. Love it here!

In Indonesia, everyone is very polite and kind, but Outpost Ubud has the nicest, most hardworking, successful reception you could possibly find. It is definitely worth the price charged. The environment and atmosphere are beautiful

I came not to stay, but to meet my friend who was staying. The rooms looked quite nice and clean. I witnessed that common areas are also productive. I think it's a bit on the road, but it's still a pretty nice area.

It's more like a rundown hotel, rather than a community space. Zero vibes, zero engagement.More than money, wasted 3 days of my precious travel time.There is nothing they do offer than a normal cheap hotel would not. Infact, maybe offering less in name of co-living.. what a farce.

Very spacious rooms, nice pool. Friendly welcome at the reception by Sita. Good vibe. The manager Glenn is also a really nice and allround cool guy. Would recommend when staying in Ubud!

So my stay here got off to a rough 48h.Something in the pool was off. A sort of film on top of it and slightly foamy.The water was not clear and the bottom was dirty.It has a strong chlorine smell (which is not a good sign).The sun chairs were stained and dirty.However, I reported this and the next day, the staff cleaned the fourniture and someone came to look at the pool. It does look way better now !The room I was given (standard) felt and smelled humid. It was a very basic room, with not much natural light.I did get an upgrade, and it was life changing ! The room has glass doors overlooking the garden, so it's very bright and lovely :)I don't know the price difference, but if it's within your budget, I will say it's worth it.Thank you Sita for your help !! Super professional and proactive coordinator *claps*PS: the restaurant is veryy good, but on the expensive side (Breakfast is 7,5$ and lunch min like 10$).No AC in a the “work” area, but I was there from like 2 - 3 pm and it was surprisingly not hot.

Nice location not too far from the Center.Use the Monkey Forest short-cut !! (just be careful the bikes)The room is very big and clean.Staff are nice and helpfull.definitely recommended!
