It shouldn't deserve stars, but what else can I do if I don't give stars, I can't comment here.To be honest, this is the second time my husband and I have stayed here, because we like the Jacuzzi. The first problem was that the water in the bathroom came out only a little, you could even say very little. In terms of service at that time, it could still be said that the response was fast. Well, the second time I stayed, I hoped that the bathroom water problem would be gone, and IN REALITY the WATER ZONK didn't come out at all. I want to take a shower, I have difficulty urinating and defecating. After all, the price to stay here is quite expensive.

I want to share my experience of staying here recentlyPreviously, I saw that the Google reviews had bad reviews and there were good ones. I was curious to prove whether it was true or notActually, I am quite satisfied with the view that is provided, but for resort facilities with a price to stay which in my opinion is quite high, it is really not worth it.I want to correct it and hopefully in the future improvements will be made to the facilities and services.1. There is no receptionist so when you first visit you are very confused about where to go2. The access road to the location is quite steep, rocks and no signs3. The motorbike parking area is inadequate and feels unsafe, because there is no security4. There are no lights on the road to the resort5. Pillows and mattresses are not suitable for sleeping on, because they feel uncomfortable when we sleep6. Underneath there are lots of tissues and food waste7. The room smells a bit8. Cobwebs above the room9. For a private jacuzzi in front of the roomI should be ready when I want to soak, because I only had one bath when the next day the staff said I couldn't10. At night the place is a little noisy because there is live music in the cafeHopefully, with my criticism, Welirang Resort will be more innovative and improve visitor facilities and comfortThank You

Plus: - Private hot spring pool in front of the room.- Forest and hill views from the room.- Wooden Cottage style room with Heater + Wifi.- Free access to public pool / private Jacuzzi [depending on package].Minuses: - Subject to area entrance fee- Not so private & quite because it is next to the public area (the music is also quite loud).- Service is a bit long.- Breakfast a la carte?- Area & facilities are still limited.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean and smell good, suitable for families or couples... The atmosphere in the morning is very cool and serene because the rooms face south, slightly west so it's not hot... the private jacuzzi is quite nice and the hot water lasts 2 to 2.5 era... Friendly service with Kang ANDRE... the downside is that I don't want to book online because the WA number of the LG resort owner is error... JD booked a room at that time and directed the parking attendant to meet with Kang Andre as the resort guard and luckily the room was available and his room there are 8 rooms in 3 classes... Yootube TV JD can watch movies or songs for fun... park the car in front of the jacus and walk to the resort about 20 meters.... Always success for welirang resort

With a weekday price of 275 thousand, you can get a really good view, the surrounding atmosphere is calmer if you look for weekdays, free hot water pool, the room facilities are quite worth it... maybe the wifi is not fast enough...The rest of the recommendations can be tried 👏

The first time I came, I was confused because there was no reception... I just wanted to check in and was thrown here and there, told to wait, even though check in was at 15.00... the room was also dirty, there were cigarette ash marks in the bathroom, there were lots of used bottles under the bed, The surrounding environment is also not maintained, it's noisy, the sound of karaoke people and dangdutan music coming from the cafe... I wanted to order room service until I WA'd 4 numbers, I was confused as if I was being thrown around even though I just wanted to order something to eat... the hot water jacuzzi also turned out to be on. just for once... fortunately in the morning I didn't drain it completely, but the staff were actually friendly, but because the management wasn't that good, the job desk wasn't clear enough for them, maybe, so it was like they were throwing things at each other... going to check in was complicated. , the room service is also complicated .. the room is also a horror .. the breakfast is just ordinary .. so if you want to go there again, don't do it 🙏🏽 .. hopefully in the future it will be better ..

Recommended if you are looking for a staycation place in the Mojokerto area. At first I was doubtful because I saw the rating was quite bad, but after I went there I was immediately satisfied with the service. The rooms are also equipped with water heaters and coffee, and whenever you stay you can freely swim in warm water 24 hours a day. Next I will subscribe to this 👍🏻

Not recommended.None of the employees are friendly. Paid expensive but not worth it. Guests arriving were told to wait for a room that had not been cleaned. The pool in front of the room is also not hot at all. In fact, there are lots of leeches everywhere. You also have to ask the officer for the TV remote first. Not prepared. There's also no soap or toothbrush. The water in the bathroom comes out very little too. Pay expensive but the service and place don't match the price!!!
