Beautiful villa away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to reach everything in a 10 minute walk. The food and drinks were great and well priced, with lots of different options for the inclusive breakfast. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating - thank you very much for a lovely holiday.

You have to take a carriage to get in, but the accommodation here is very pretty. Bicycles are not rented out for free. Please note.

Very nice place, but:There’s a constant smell of something burning in the bathroom, and it's impossible to leave the door open without the entire room smelling bad.Secondly, when I wanted to sit by the pool, I had to sit on the side because the hotel staff took up the prime spots by the pool and didn’t intend to move. They only left after an hour.

We are sad that we had to leave this hotel today. The hospitality was so lovely. We felt very welcome, almost like we were at home. This experience makes it the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The breakfast was incredibly delicious every morning. Thank you for the great time 🫶🏻

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Nero. We were welcomed warmly when we arrived, and were given brilliant recommendations on activities to do on the island and around Lombok. The food was spectacular and we ended up eating at the Villa daily. The Villla is absolutely beautiful, close enough to the beach but away from the chaos. A huge highlight of our stay was meeting the incredible staff. I would like to thank Uni, Dani, Fatur, Idris and Umi who went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable their kindness and helpfulness exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Nero.

The experience with this hotel has been phenomenal. The rooms are very spacious, the toilet outside is very nice. But the best thing about the hotel is the attention of the staff, especially Umi and Uni!

Great ambiance, amazing food and a very attentive staff. We went for dinner with a group of friends and everything was great. The cocktails are delicious. If you like chess you will fall in love with the chess board. Thanks for the amazing evening. We definitely will be back.

The staff is so friendly and fun, it's well maintained and clean, and the atmosphere is great. There is a bicycle rental service so you can tour the island comfortably. Breakfast is served a la carte, and the entire menu is delicious.

We had to end our stay early because our room was right behind a small and unclean “farm”.The smell of the animals was unbearable in the open bathroom, and the animals also held a loud concert at night. There was construction work going on at the property during the day and we couldn't relax for a minute, the pool wasn't clean either. After consulting with the reception, we didn't get any money back for our paid but unused stay, which is a shame.
