Disappointing, paid 450 TPI zonk!! The room smells of gas, THE SHEETS AND BLANKETS ARE VERY DIRTY NOT POSSIBLY REPLACED. I didn't get a towel, soap and toothbrush, but I was only given a glass and coffee, no tremos/water. The service is great too!! Paying is quite expensive but it doesn't match the facilities, it's better to just look for something else rather than be disappointed 😌

Got the price over 500k because of the weekend, ordered at Trloka, chose the best view with balcony, when I arrived, I got a room on the 2nd floor without a balcony (sharing balcony). The room was very disappointing for that price, the sheets and blankets had lots of stains and spots like they hadn't been replaced, there was only 1 electrical socket and it was difficult to position under the TV and it was messy with the TV cables. The walls are damp, the glass is dirty and there's water at the bottom, I don't know what water, the water heater uses gas and the bathroom smells of gas, there's a gas hose sticking out of the wall near the mattress, the gas hose isn't arranged in a mess, the soap dish looks like a dirty public toilet soap dish, the bucket is covered in mold. , squat toilet, very dirty, brownish pillows, only 1 towel was given, the color was dirty, there was no amenitis at all, the floor was cracked. The view is good from the room because the glass is large, here the only thing that smells good is the lobby area and shared kitchen. Check in at 2 pm, check out at 6 pm, just leave your bag, for that price you should be able to improve. Very disappointed with the room and facilities.

The invoice from Trvloka has been released on my account, which means the Homestay party is not serious and is not responsible for my refund rights... I asked the female admin with a negative attitude and the owner, as a result my WA was blocked... * the agreement within 2-3 days of the refund has been completed, it's already been more than 1 week...And now it's been more than 1 month...OK, I won't be poor by losing 450 thousand, but you are the one who will kill your fortune...Even if the facilities are bad, I still understand, but for this matter, sorry, I have to talk about what is...This is the worst homestay in the last few times I have traveled to Dieng...Be careful, prospective visitors, don't be fooled by a rating of 5 because it could just be a fake email...Rating 0 for this homestay... thnx...

I really regret staying here, CS is a girl with only good looks but low human resources...There's no solution, just block the customer's WA, there are still hundreds of homestays in Dieng... improve your service...Don't be fooled by the many 5 star reviews, because they can be fake emails... just pay attention to the grammar, it's almost the same...Worst accommodation experience in several trips to Dieng...Ratings? Disappointing to pay 415k but the zonk doesn't match the photo.- The bathroom is small 1x1 in size, the toilet is squat, smells of gas, and there is only a small bucket of items that is covered in mold, the soap dispenser is not washed, there are insects entering the bathroom.- Only 1 towel was given, you couldn't add more, there was no soap, shampoo or toothpaste, there were no hangers for towels or clothes in the bathroom. Very minimal facilities.- Only thermos water was given in the room, the table was dirty. The walls are really damp.- The TV won't turn on,- The room was dirty, damp, the sheets were dirty like they hadn't been replaced, the pillows were hard and not soft.- minus the parking space, the parking is really on the side of the road. If it's full, just cross it and the ground will be sloping
