Overall opinion:We liked our stay here. We stayed a couple of nights. In our opinion decent value for the money. Nothing special, but would come again.Pro’sRoom/homestay looked they same as in the pictures. We were in a room with a balcony with seaside view (which was cool) last bit of the road to the hotel looks beaten but when you get there its nice. Nice garden en walking paths. Cows roaming the nature close by. The nature in the direct 10 meters surrounding the hotel looks less pretty but after that pretty palm trees etc.We haven't had much contact with the staff but they seemed nice. When we arrived good briefing about the facility’s etc. They have a restaurant( we haven't eaten there so don't know if its good). Also a pool table present.Nice swimming pool, clean. not too deep though. Good seats/beanbags to chill.Rack present for wet clothes etc. You can also hang them on the balcony.Hair dryer present.Bed was really comfy and clean. Good pillows, nice blanked. Best bed so far for us on penida. There is a (partially broken) mosquito net but we did not need it. Had no flies in the room.Free water refill at the reception desk. There is a little bluetooth speaker in the room. Nice touch. Also hot water maker. No closet present but you do get a little table for your stuffAir conditioning worked very good. Its a wooden cabin so it takes a little while to get cool. Unit also didn't make that much noise.Bathroom had soap/shampoo present. Water pressure was good. Hot water present ( for limited time each use )Quiet place, away from the main road. good for rest. ( depending on other guest of course)Con’sWifi could be better, signal is good but drops a-lot. (Like most places on the island)The bathroom is outside in this room (which is not really a con but just good to know) so the word “clean” is relative for something that is outside. You have to take a stairs up and down. Stairs is good, not too steep. But people can see you so always bring something to wear if you take a shower etc.Water was a little salty but decent. The light for the bathroom is on the outside of the room ( as in the entrance, weird placement:p )Not really a con but its decently far from the main road, getting a scooter is recommended. You could walk sure but i think everything is quite far away. Taxis are expensive if you use them everyday. For the price its a good hotel, it needs a little renovation here and there though. at one time it was probably gorgeous but now it shows old age a bit. Bathroom shower-head, mirrors etc could do with a proper cleaning/replacement for example. If you are really nit-picky you will find lots of stuff not to like.

Nice accommodation with flaws,Overall, the accommodation itself was nice, but there are a few points that future guests should be aware of. The air conditioning in the first room was problematic due to fears of mold growth. The bed linen wasn't clean either. What should be highlighted positively, however, is that the staff was very friendly and helpful. After a conversation we got a new room where everything was much better. You can't expect too much for the price, but overall it was okay. The scooter rental worked perfectly and was very convenient. We can't say anything about the food because we used the restaurants in the area - they can be reached in about 5 minutes by scooter. All in all it was ok, although there is some room for improvement.

I recently stayed at what I can only describe as the worst hotel experience I've had in Nusa Penida. The issues began with cleanliness of my room, with noticeable dirt and fungus. The doors didn’t lock properly, raising serious safety concerns, especially for women traveling alone. It was also clear that the hotel staff had little regard for guest comfort or safety. When I raised concerns, their response was unprofessional and abusive. Not only did they use offensive language, but they also seemed to instigate fights rather than address complaints. For Indian travelers, we experienced racismwhich is unacceptable. There were additional problems, such as the presence of worms and lizards in the room, creating an unsettling environment. To make matters worse, the water quality was low and the hotel didn’t offer any food, with no nearby restaurants within a 2.3-kilometer radius.Further the positive reviews on various platforms seem suspiciously written by the hotel itself, which raises doubts about their authenticity.I strongly advise against staying here.*****In response to the owner's reply, I would like to clarify that my stay was with my spouse only, and we were not part of any group. I'm unsure what they are referring to or if they are using a bot system to reply as I see the owner adding the same response to everyone . Regarding the noise, I observed their staff shouting at customers and struggling for 10-15 minutes to fix broken doors, which suggests that only a few guests might stay given this level of service. Additionally, concerning the food, I was informed that only steamed rice and omelettes were available, and we were advised to manage with that. The staff seems to be inadequately trained and lacking in proper customer service skills. Additionally, the owner's refusal to accept feedback and their rude demeanor likely contribute to the staff's arrogance towards guests.***since you are clarifying everything, can you also clarify on the passport theft that happened at your hotel? This caused a lot of inconvenience the couple and had to extend their stay at Bali due to not having passports.

For now we were very happy! The accommodation was as shown in the pictures. Large pool, clean bathroom and the option to order food at the review.BUT We had booked 6 days in the accommodation, after two days, my travel companion and I became very ill. We had a cough, runny nose, nausea and vomiting. After looking at the reviews, we discovered the problem of black mold that we had already mentioned. We made the same toxic discovery in the air conditioning unit (Bungalow 7). We also found black mold on our toilet paper. The stay was therefore very burdened by illness, so we couldn't do much.We wanted to rent a scooter on site because it takes around 20-30 minutes to walk to the nearest market. The scooter was rented to us for 100,000 idr and given with an empty tank. After a long wait and discussion, the tank wasn't even filled to 1/4 and we were left standing with the comment that we would have to take care of the rest ourselves. Many of the employees speak little to no English, which unfortunately makes communication very difficult. On our last day, a large group arrived which caused quite a bit of noise. Not only did they entertain us by shouting throughout the resort when they arrived, but also the night and morning after.Another point that is good to know is the nearby mosque, which can also make for a restless night. The owner I Geden is very friendly and competent. However, not often present, the services we received from him personally were very satisfactory.

We stayed here for 3 nights and at first was happy with the room and facilities. After 2 nights me and my partner became extremely sick, high fever, shakes, persistent coughing, vomiting and feeling very weak. We discovered this was due to the large amount of black mould we ingested from the air con machine. Absolutely disgusting and we’re really paying the price for it. We have now left and are both extremely ill on the verge of attending hospital. When raising this huge health and safety concern to the staff they said nothing and just took a photo of what I had written down in the translator app. No apology, remorse or decency and again absolutely disgusting behaviour. Would advise anyone to avoid this place in the chances you get b2 the dreaded room we stayed in. We will also be contacting Airbnb about this. Luckily me and my partner are young and fit and are hoping to bounce back after a few days but if you were elderly or suffered with any other health conditions specifically respiratory this could easily hospitalise you. Stay safe and avoid this place! Photos attached below, there was also mould on the fabric hanging above the bed and actually inside the ac machine. Disgusting!

First things first: The rooms and the scenery was amazing. BUT!.. sadly the service was horrible. They rented us a scooter that was falling apart not even giving us helmets we had to ask for helmets and then they just took it from another motorbike … In the evening nobody is there anymore and on the day we had to leave they tried to overcharge us with a pricey taxi so we had to rush to the port to catch our ferry. On top of that we ordered food and after 30 minutes of waiting someone came to confirm our order and it was completely wrong. Btw we were the only ones in the restaurant. We ended up canceling the food. But the rooms were good. Yet it’s a bit far away and the taxis are way to overpriced. So rent a scooter or have a long walk
