This would be a 10/10 for me if it weren't located in front of a rooster farm (20 or so) - they were only quiet 8pm -4am. Its not for the light sleepers. They gave us ear plugs but I still slept with noise cancelling headphones on. The service and people are lovely and very helpful, great location, beautiful views. I asked for a top sheet when we arrived and it was no problem, as sleeping under a polarfleece blanket wasn't for me.

Terrible place. Had our reservation pending a full day, then they wouldn't confirm. Tried it again, and they again wouldn't confirm, but they kept advertising a vacancy. Then, the place changed from a minimum of 2-night booking online. Seems like a scam.

Huge, gigantic disappointment. We came on our honeymoon in search of an exclusive and good hotel to rest. In practice, we found a hotel that doesn't have a curtain on one of the windows, which forces us to wake up to the bright sunlight. We would like to have silence, but the hotel has a chicken coop right behind the rooms and the roosters start to crow early. Roosters + sun through the window = you will never sleep in the morning. The balcony is large and spacious, it has a table and 2 chairs that give a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. As the strip of sand here is small, I think it's impossible to sleep closer to the sea than here (which is nice, the noise of the sea is relaxing). The hotel, being small, does not have a common area for employees, so they meet at a table under the tree outside the hotel wall. Too bad they never collected the trash they took there. So, in practice, the view from the rooms is a beautiful beach and open-air garbage. Without a doubt, it is a very strange description for what they want to call "paradise".Regarding breakfast, it's hard to be worse. There is no breakfast buffet. You must choose the night before what you want to eat, 1 food option and 1 drink. So far so good. The problem is the lack of options and the quality of the products. They are boiled egg, scrambled egg or omelet accompanied by 2 slices of bread (there is no butter to spread on the bread and the omelet was super oily), fried rice or fried noodles. To drink you have the option of juice, tea or coffee. You can't order 2. The problem is that the juice is artificial powder. And the coffee comes with so much sugar that it looks like syrup. In order not to drink extremely sweet coffee, we had to settle for instant instant coffee that they provide free of charge in the room.To get to and from the hotel, you have to park your car on the road about 200m away, which isn't much. The problem is that it is in the sand or among the trash. And as the hotel has little staff, you end up having to carry your own suitcase and they help as much as they can.Our room didn't have hot water and neither did the room next door. As it was a hot night, it was possible to take a shower. The next morning we complained to reception and they promised to fix it. Arriving at the hotel at night, there was still no hot water. In short, apart from the quality of the mattress and the view, this hotel has absolutely nothing good.

I love the view from my room, and it was a great sunset beach view. It is like everyone says u can hear whatever happen next door if theyre loud. The chicken quite loud too. But the rest is acceptable for me. And maybe i got lucky that theres no loud noise during my stay there

Hotel in its original state. Very noisy at night, we had 3 nights and after the first night we decided to leave because the walls are made of cardboard and right next to a chicken coop. The crowing of the roosters was infernal from 5 a.m. to 8 a.m., not to mention the noise of the road and the sea. We slept through the night. The rooms are not soundproofed. It's a shame.

The place and the location is good. An inhouse restaurant would have made it best. But still there are lot of very good restaurants nearby and so it's manageable.
