Motorbike rental here will always have no petrol... because it's close to a petrol station...So we are forced to fill up with petrol...Don't fill up with too much petrol, let alone full...Because in my experience, I just filled up 3 liters and still had a lot left over and when I returned the motorbike, the lady who rented the motorbike was taking petrol out of the motorbike which had been used by someone else... so it looked like the motorbike I had used would be pumped up by me too... Hahaha..

Booked a scooter through klook and requested mobile phone holder. They gave me a scooter in not that great condition first without one mirror so I had to ask to install it (?). There was also no mobile phone holder. The fuel was not full even though they had fuel bottles inside (??). By looking around, I saw a lot of rentals around with bikes in much better condition (and cheaper).

They rented cheaply, very quickly, they didn’t check anything. buy 100k a day

I came here since I didn't feel like driving a motorcycle myself and they offered options with drivers. I went to Kelingking with Madeh and it was a great experience. She is a very good driver, I always felt safe when she was driving, and she is a super nice person. She didn't mind waiting a long time for me while I explored Kelingking beach. I booked a scooter through Klook and they instructed me to pick it up from Bagus House. The scooter was not in good condition. Most of the scooters were old, also the owner was giving me a scooter different from what I booked online.

The issue is specifically with the scooter rental.The local operator for the rental (Bagus Rental in Nusa Penida) initially gave me an old Honda Vario, rusty and various parts broken and loose. But the operator said that this is the only Vario they have and I had booked a Vario. When I was taking the scooter out from the rental office, the operator noticed something and told me don't take this scooter, take the Scoopy (DK 2956 E0) instead. I was there for a half day (5 hour) trip and had paid 120K for the scooter. The scoopy was in even worse condition but I had no option but to take it, and I did mention the condition of the scooter to the operator and asked her if it will last the trip, which she confirmed affirmatively.My scooter broke down while coming up a steep incline back from crystal bay. It was a scary and potentially life threatening situation if there was another car coming behind me. I was barely able to keep the scooter from rolling back down. A couple of good samaritans helped me push the scooter a few meters to a relatively safer spot. I have contacted Klook multiple times about it but have not heard back from them yet.My boat ride back to Bali was within 1.5 hours so I hitched a ride with a local guy, who charged me 100K IDR for it.Besides this, the scooter gave me a 15 or at best 20 km/litre gas mileage. The attitude of the lady operator at Bagus rental was dismal.

If you want to explore beautiful Nusa Penida, but you know how to drive scooter very well or you don’t know at all.Bagus house is the best option for you both car rental with driver or scooter for rent with reasonable price. There are room for over night for tourist as well.The place is organized by family so you will feel like stay at your home. How they treat you as well. Surely it’s warming welcomeBagus house is really close to jetty only 7 mins by walk.Especially, if you prefer someone who is perfect in English for any information ‘AGUS’ is the owner.He is perfect and very informative and helpful for your amazing trips in Nusa Penida.Highly recommended!
