God willing, next time you go to Bromo, book here again, the view in front of the homestay is very good... you don't have to go far to Seruni point... the front of the homestay room is very nice... We spent one night to do the Bromo excursions. For one night it is quite good, good value for money. Not suitable for fine people.

I can't give any stars since we couldn't stay at the Homestay since even though we had a reservation they left us without a room. They claimed that the door was broken and that we should go to another hotel and that they would refund our money. After a month I am still waiting for a refund for that night we should have spent there.

Be careful they deceive!!We made a reservation in the room. When we arrived the key did not open. They tried to fix it and there was no way, so they invited us to look for another hotel because they had no more availability. They rejected the refund of the money and claimed that we were the ones who broke the lock. A dirty scam to keep your money. Don't take the risk because there are many hotels and homstays to stay there.

The location was great to walk to the bukit hill in the morning to see the sun rising, walking distance to nice restaurantes and local shops, but the room was super smelly, the toilet was also with terrible smell. We stayed at the room number 2.Before we check in they clean the room with a cleaning products that also have a strong smell.I’m not a pick person or problematic at all, but the smell in there was disrespectful to my nose in many senses.
