I stayed executive from 31 August to 3 September 2024... for 2 connecting door rooms...The first time I opened the "connecting door" the dust was very thick... it's a shame it doesn't show in the photoThe AC is clearly not cold, just cool. Moreover, room 512 often shuts down, and the air just gets hot and then it turns out the compressor has just turned on... the mcb makes the AC lower the position in the room... how come the technician is confused. (Stayed because there was a party, it made things easier..).. on September 2 at 8.30 miraculously there was civil work to replace the tiles/granite which started to rise one sheet very noisy.. that day lt. 5 of us only had 2 rooms.. there was no permit or information that there would be civil work.. people scolded and got angry and then it was pending.. it's really strange that the hotel has been around for 10 years, he said.. but there were guests, even the hotel was the cause.. and what's great... is the hotel manager didn't dare to meet me... then tidied up the room and bathroom at 9pm and no one said... even though there was 1 person on the night shift...

5 Days 4 Nights stay here, great service and friendliness according to the regional slogan of the City of Thousands of Smiles. Strategic location but there is a slight disturbance of illegal racing on the street in front of the hotel, maybe it needs to be reported to the regulatory authorities.

Strategic location in the city of Pangkalpinang. Close to the Babel provincial government offices, a 5 minute journey. There are many meeting rooms available with good quality AC and sound systems. Also commonly used for weddings. Supported by spacious car and motorbike parking suitable for all large and grand events.đđđ

Spacious rooms. Especially the bathroom. Can borrow a hair dryer. There are restaurants where you can order food. Already looking for a place to eat near there. Small elevator. There is a refill for drinking water.

Maybe it wasn't the right time when I stayed overnight. First time experiencing a power outage in a hotel for more than an hour. Lack of preparedness. A service like that should have a quick solution, either generator or diesel. imagine me going down from the 5th floor to the lobby using the stairs. Hopefully in the future it can be improved. As for the rooms, it's pretty good. Sometimes the food is salty.

Must provide a receipt for deposit money.For the common good.So far the location is close to the airport and city.On the 1st floor the walls are too thin so the rooms are not very tight, but on the 5th floor it is safe.There needs to be security to protect parked vehicles.
