An unpleasant experience when staying at this hotel, worse than standard residential accommodation, power outages often occur at night, the AC doesn't function properly, the service is not friendly, only thinking about income without thinking about the quality of service to customers.Yes, it's easy to change management in this business, customer satisfaction is the key to hotel success.*This photo was taken during the night, several times the lights and AC went off.

The AC is just a wall display. It's on but it's not cold at all, there's no wind coming out. As a result, you pay the price for an AC room and you get a zone. Then the lights went out several times, it was really lazy. Oh yes, when I first arrived he was given a room with a broken door that couldn't be locked. it's really serious hahaha

When I arrived, it was messy, lots of dust, not swept, the lights were off, no blanket, only one towel, the mattress was uneven, the main thing didn't match the photo,For Oyo, try to pay more attention to customer satisfaction. From the moment I arrived, I felt bad. The manager said that we were thought to be a group that had already arrived & ordered 6 rooms. Even though the order was only 3 rooms. Subsequently the stay has been the most disappointing in my history;1. The price is more expensive than the application. In the application 383 thousand. I was charged 400 thousand, even then I had to bargain from 450 thousand.2. The room does not match the order. Order an OYO room, you get a regular room, without standard OYO facilities.3. Smell of cigarettes. Even though when you booked a room, the accommodation provided a non-smoking room.4. Order 3 rooms, only get 2 rooms. Given an extra bed, only a thin foam mattress spread out in front of the 14 inch television.5. The TV does not turn on. There is only AC in 1 room, it doesn't work. So each room is provided with a fan. The light near the bathroom also didn't turn on.6. Asked for blankets, only given 3. Meanwhile there were 6 of us. He said the blanket was still being washed.7. The bedroom and bathroom doors cannot be closed!8. Only 1 bathroom is available for 6 people.9. Very annoyed by the cat who repeatedly enters.What's worse, it turns out that in the application the stay status was canceled unilaterally by the accommodation!
