Fraudsters, swindlers. Rented a room for two nights without applications, paid immediately but stayed only one night because the rooms are just awful, in poor condition, do not match the photos. A really warm welcome, it's one of the best rooms we've had since arriving in Indonesia. The cleanliness is impeccable, the sheets are perfect, and the room is spacious with a view of the sea. The staff is smiling and friendly. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!

This inn has a nusped tour package, both tour and hotel management are very lacking.1. The hotel has lots of insects2. I borrowed a motorbike just to watch the sunset from 4 pm to 7 pm but was charged the price of a full day rental.3. The tour service was very, very bad, the drivers were not polite and the tour felt like they were being rushed, the tour should have finished in the afternoon but in fact at 12 noon they had already taken us to the pier to return to Bali. There are several destination spots that we didn't visit even though they were included in the package we paid for. One of them was that we were not taken to Crystal Bay beach for this reason, so we decided to go there using the motorbike we rented from the inn (return to point 2).4. The driver asked for tips with a set price (he said there was already a price benchmark there) but we don't know if he was lying or not, even though the service was bad but he still had the face to ask for tips.The rest is okay. Hopefully the service from the hotel and tour side can be improved because we are there to have fun.

Very bad stay experience. We booked for 2 nights from the pegipeg* application. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by the manager and our names were also mentioned and we were given a room. But that evening we were suddenly contacted, saying the inn was not collaborating with the pegipeg* application, and the rooms for the next day were full. Even though they clearly had the data about our stay, that's why they knew we would come, mentioned our names and gave us the room we ordered.We were asked for a refund from the application, asked to pay cash to the accommodation for the one night we stayed, and had to look for new accommodation.Ruining the schedule. Have to arrange a refund. You have to look for new accommodation, you also have to pay in full in cash. The full cost was said to include breakfast, but we didn't even get breakfast.The room itself, minus many things:1. Shower is broken2. Hot water only takes a moment3. There are no amenities in the room (only towels)4. There are no cupboards or clothes hangers.The location is quiet and far from everywhere. There are no stalls, it is difficult to find food or just small necessities.
