I must say that the accommodation is not new anymore, but the air conditioning is cool and there is privacy at a not too expensive price.The accommodation is next to the beach road in Cha-am, between Cha-am Soi 7 - 8, if coming from Bangkok, before the Asia Hotel, but if coming from the viewpoint, past the Asia Hotel. Come just a little bit.Price is a house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, approximately 4,500, call to reserve only. Then transfer the deposit. When you arrive at the entrance, stop to pick up the key at the front booth.The air conditioner is cool but takes time. The bathroom smells like the pipes are pushing. If you don't close the bathroom door The smell enters the bedroom, double bed.There is a table in front of the room so you can cook and eat at the accommodation. It's convenient. You can rent equipment or bring your own. During the day, there will be drivers coming in to sell things all day and all night. Feel comfortable.Beach front, near 7-Eleven, lots of things to sell, morning, during the day or evening. Convenient. There are motorbikes for rent in front of the accommodation.In summary, suitable for friends and family, but may not be suitable for couples.

Upon entering, no towel, no bath gel/soap, no shampoo... Room floor very dusty. At 800 Thai Baht (original price was 1,000) I'm sure there's much better option.

The accommodation is expensive compared to the quality. We paid 1000 baht for a small room and the bathroom was dirty. The drinking glass in the room that was provided had lipstick marks on it. Overall, it's not okay. The shower water flowed little, not strong, and there was no soap for bathing. The curtains had mold. The good thing is being close to the sea, but if I had the option, I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Personally, I came to stay in May, Saturday night, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, price 2,500 baht, considered to be at a satisfactory level. The atmosphere is quiet and private, the room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, and most importantly, the water flow is very strong. Yes, I have no complaints about the hard mattress. I understand and can accept it at this price.

Please give a truthful review. Expensive accommodation Not suitable for the condition of the house. Very bad. The accommodation is very dirty, both dust and sand. The bathroom is dirty. The toilet couldn't flush. To be honest, there is nothing good at all. The employees didn't care at all. Very disappointed to stay here 😊
