Very good hotel, very nice swimming pool with a beautiful view of Mount Aggung. Very friendly staff, only downside a little out of the center but still accessible by scooter.

They don’t have anything apart from good looking property from outside. The receptionist is terrible and don’t expect any support from them. Washrooms are having salty water so be cautious if you wish to take a bath. Washrooms are slippery. The restaurant which they have is for the sake of having it, they do serve only pre-ordered breakfast which is cold when then serve it and they don’t have lunch/dinner. You need to walk down the hill at least for 10 min to get anything.

### Review 1: Disappointing ExperienceI recently stayed at Nusa Sedayu Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. There was no telephone connection, which made it incredibly difficult to reach the front desk or request any assistance. Additionally, there were no housekeeping staff available, and the lack of dining-in facilities made meals a challenge.Extra water was not available, and staff communication was poor throughout my stay. The rooms were dirty and not maintained, with inadequate lighting adding to the discomfort. To make matters worse, the electric geyser gave us shocks, and the bathroom drainage was the worst I've ever encountered.The hotel is poorly maintained overall. The only positive aspect was the construction and the view of the rooms, which were quite pleasant. However, these aspects do not make up for the numerous issues. I would not recommend staying here.### Review 2: A Stay to ForgetNusa Sedayu Hotel has a lot of potential given its construction and room views, but sadly, it fails to deliver on many fronts. There was no telephone connection, making it difficult to get any help when needed. Housekeeping was non-existent, and the hotel lacked any dining-in facilities.We had no access to extra water, and communication with the staff was consistently poor. The rooms were dirty, untidy, and poorly lit, creating an uncomfortable environment. Shockingly, the electric geyser gave us shocks, which was dangerous and unacceptable. While the construction and view are commendable, these positives are overshadowed by the numerous negatives. Nice views from the hotel, the room lacks cleanliness, we found a cockroach, a cobweb with a large spider and many ants, the staff is very friendly, the pool is spectacular, the hotel is on a hill that you can easily reach by motorcycle.

The hotel is located close to Buyuk Harbor and Sampalan Harbor, has good views of the sea and Mount Agung, the staff is friendly and helpful, the place is clean and the swimming pool is very attractive

I left one star because you can't leave less.THEY HAVE A DOG ALL DAY TIED ALL DAY WITHOUT WATER and now they put a bit of bread so he can eat.You tried to go close to him and it's not possible, he is very scared so I assumed they hit him.I don't know what to do. Please do not stay there.

The rooms are reasonably clean, but: bed linen had black stains, there is black mold in every corner of the bathroom - and the biggest problem: you have no privacy at all, because the ceiling apparently connects all the rooms with each other, so firstly we have everything of our own Neighbors could hear as if they were in the room with us, and I'm not talking about shouting, but normal conversations, and secondly, you practically get all the smells of your neighbors into your room - ideal if you eat in the room on the left and right and your own The room, and especially the bathroom, smells like you're in an Asian snack bar. We were there for 2 nights, also because we were actually only here to sleep - but even that was something we had to overcome - because of the smells and the noise. The location is also modest - at the top of the slope it is not possible to walk the 500 meters to the sea, you have to take a scooter, and since there is no gojak or grave here, and taxis don't really exist either, there is no alternative for this. A pity.

Price-performance ratio, Wi-Fi and breakfast are almost non-existent.During our stay in Bali we always had cheaper accommodation (around 500,000 IDR per night), so we expected significantly more due to the high price of (1.35 million IDR per night).There was mold in several places in our hotel room, both in the first and second rooms that were offered to us as an exchange. There were also geckos in both.If the room cost less, you could overlook some of the deficiencies because the pool is actually great.However, we were unable to rent a scooter at the hotel, for example, which was not a problem in all of the smaller accommodations and was necessary due to the hotel's location on a remote slope.Due to the hillside location, it should also be mentioned that there is a lot of traffic noise, which is caused by the necessary acceleration and is very annoying as the rooms are not soundproofed.For us this is not a 4-star hotel!

Very hot rooms even on the ground floor, you need to turn on the air conditioning. Small double bed, but sufficient. Small pool, nice, but we didn't use it. We were the only guests in the 20 rooms. It is located a little out of the way, about 1km from the port. You need a taxi to get there and back. The hotel was part of a complete tour, it was not chosen by us. Surely you can have better. We don't even know how much it cost.

Hotel is located at the hilly area. So, all vehicles including motorcycles have to accelerate to climb up to the hill and this make lot of noise all night long. The windows glass is not sound proof, You just couldn't sleep well due to the noisy traffic. I definitely won't recommend it want to come again.

..Ok Room ...No brick walls b/w rooms ...One can hear each other voices ... pool small only ... only good thing is sea in front of you and mount agung volcano but view interrupted by electricity lines & if no clouds on mountain volcano ..next to road ..hear traffic voice all night..no live kitchen...breakfast served 15 mins on table cold ..not much of options for Indians ...

I stayed here for 2 nights. The location is less strategic, you need motorbike or cars to go anywhere.It has great view to the sea and Mount Agung in opposite island.Room was less quiet, I could here noise from the next room. Electrity and water sometimes were off shortly. In a nutshell, it was worth it enough to stay here because it was affordable.
