The mountain view is great, especially in the morning.But, the room floor a bit dirty and bed cover is not well-maintenanced. The parking space for cars is also very limited (only 4 cars may park in hotel area). If the guest do not get the parking space, they may park their car in the side road or at near-by local hospital (parking fare may be reinbursed to hotel).Unfortunatelly, we got 3rd floor room. Water pressure in bathroom faucet is very low so the water flow very very slowly (you may got your 600 mL water bottle in about 10 minutes).And in the afternoon, we got an earthquake (shallow eartquake with 3.7 Richer scale). I and my family was in the 3rd floor and everyting on the table was shaking, so we rush to the stair and we hurry to the outside.Unfortunatelly (again), the hotel staff seems to be confused with want to do during an earthquake. No direction from the staff, no evacuation route or even emergency alarm.Hotel staff shall be well-trained during emergency situation (like an earthquake). Plus, Bukittinggi is an earthquake-prone area.I got some photographs that showing (I think) structural damage in the building, especially in 3rd floor (I will not showing here).Building owner and local goverment shall be focused on building assessment in eatrhquake-prone area.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathrooms are also clean and the water heater functions well. Friendly staff. For smokers, there is a balcony on each floor for smoking. The balcony is not big, but it is enough.
