We had an amazing time! Marc is very accommodating and kind. If Amed is new to you, he is your guy. He knows so many people from amed and their stories. If you want to experience the region, he will have recommendations of all kinds. Hikes, Restaurants, Drivers, Motobike, Laundry. He will do the organisation and you don't have to worry about anything.The rooms are new, clean and spacious and the balcony with an ocean view is lovely. The bed is very comfortable. Drinking water is always available in the room. For Breakfast they serve good portions.All in all, I highly recomend Balty Bali!

We loved to stay with Marc and Inayah! It was a pleasure meeting them. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and new. Every room has a balcony or a terrace. The view from the room upstairs is amazing! Marc gave us a lot of recommondations for restaurants or trips (snorkeling, lahangan sweet, trekking …). One day we went on a fishing trip and in the evening Inayah cooked a delicious meal with the fish! It was so nice to having dinner with both of them. If you like, you can rent a scooter or book a massage in your room.I highly recommend this accomodation. It was the best stay in indonesia!

I had a wonderful time solo travelling here. Out of this world hospitality by Mark & Inayah. Truly astounding! I didn’t feel for a second that I was away from home, and didn’t have trouble with literally anything while I was there.Need a scooter? They have. Hikes and arranging for activities? they’ll help. Transport? they’ll drive you personally if they’re available and show you Bali along the way and make a slow 2 hour ride pass like 30 minutes and make it a fun part of the trip! And all for a standard price!Mark took me on a beautiful hiking trip on the mountains surrounding the area. He’s a pro in navigating the place and feels like he knows everybody there! And Inayah cooked for us delicious Balinese food, and was always there to help anytime I needed anything!The rooms were spotless. Excellent water pressure, stronger than my home lol, and it was generally very well equipped, cleanex, shampoo, plenty of towels etc. no road sound whatsoever and very good wifi. Can’t ask for more!Don’t think twice, book it!P.s. the pictures are from the hike

We had a great time.... everything was beautiful and very clean.... beautiful atmosphere... Mark and Inahya are exceptional... she is always available for any problem and a great cook especially with her spectacular desserts... he is a volcano like the one nearby, always full of ideas to organize your day and do a thousand things different from each other, from the sea to excursions in the mountains and countryside, to advice on restaurants or truly exceptional and very relaxing massages.... thank you it was beautiful!!!

It was an amazing stay! The welcome and services are fantastic (Mark and Inaya help you solve every problem), the cleanliness is obsessive (a rarity on this island), the location is perfect overlooking the sea, close to the restaurants and the beach, but not noisy).

I was so pleasantly surprised by my accomodations at Pondok Wisata Balty Bali. What a great find! It is a small, family run business in Lipah, East Bali, right next to Amed. Everything they do there is well thought out, and straight from the heart.Inayah runs the kitchen and business. She is an awesome cook. Their Free breafasts are just delicious. She also is an extraordnary baker. So should you have an occasion, you can book an amazing cake from her.Her Husband Mark has been coming to Bali since the roads were dirt. If you express a particular interest, he will go way out of his way to realize it.Make your reservation early, because it is a small family run business. The word is definitely getting out. Rooms are clean and modern. And they have thought of everything! I can't wait till I can come back to East Bali so I can stay with them again.They treated me like Gamily. I thought the prices were quite reasonable, considering what you get. Thank you Pondok Wisata Balty Bali! I will see you again soon!

Beautiful little hotel in a great location. You can reach some good restaurants in a few minutes on foot and the beach is also only about 5 minutes away on foot. The rooms are spacious and clean and the view from the balcony is unique!I could see the sunrise and the sea from my bed. The breakfast was sufficient and our special requests were happily accommodated. We felt very comfortable here as a family and extended our stay for two more nights immediately after arrival, which is not least due to Mark and Inayah, who as hosts really try to ensure an unforgettable stay. They will be happy to give you tips, organize tours, take care of your laundry and are always available to answer any questions you may have. We felt at home there and can wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful accommodation!

Best Homestay in all of Bali!5 stars because you can't give more.Mark and Inayah are incredible hosts and are the very definition of warm welcome and the willingness to interact and share with their guests, as if you were friends or even better, family. All your wishes (driver, massages, warungs, snorkeling equipment, flexibility of time for the delicious breakfast, etc.) will be granted with valuable advice for discovering the "nuggets" in the surrounding area (and all fruit bearings) and they will put all their heart and network to help you in case of external problems 🧞♂️!Located in a quiet little alley, just opposite Lipah Beach, perfect for snorkeling (we were able to see🤿 a magnificent turtle!) surrounded by very good little warungs with a swimming pool open at all hours, very pleasant to relax in.The bedding is perfect (giant bed and super comfortable pillows), the air conditioning and wifi work very well, there is a lockable cupboard (larger than a simple chest which is appreciable), the bathroom is spacious.As a bonus, there is also a TV with a bouquet of super recent films (better than Netflix).Everything is very clean and carefully prepared.You can also choose whether or not the room is cleaned daily (environmentally).Amed is good, but their place is the best place on the whole island!We can't wait to go back and see them again.

Had an unforgettable experience in Bali. Stayed here for 10 days with a group of 7 friends. Had the whole place to ourselves. Clean and spacious rooms, great views from the balcony, Free delicious breakfast every morning. Just a few minutes walk to Lipah beach with some of the clearest ocean water you’ll ever see. Service was great, the family that owns and runs it are awesome, very accommodating. They know everybody in town so whatever you need or want to do while visiting Bali they can help you plan it or point to the people that could assist you the best.

Our room boasted stunning ocean views, and we were delighted to have breakfast served on our balcony each morning in true Balinese style. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided us with invaluable tips for exploring the area. Moreover, they went above and beyond by offering us a budget-friendly scooter rental for our three-day stay, making it even more convenient to explore the nearby attractions and snorkeling spots. Additionally, we were impressed by the excellent selection of restaurants in the vicinity. This accommodation truly exceeded our expectations, and we cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay!

What a lovely spot and incredibly helpful owners who can hook you up with anything you need - they are very knowledgeable about Amed. You can see the sunrise from the top floor rooms. Very tidy and aircon kept us cool all night. Vry child-friendly place too. Would certainly recommend and stay again. Thank you for everything Mark and Anaya!

Sometimes, life just leads us to the best places and people. Balty Bali is such a place. Immaculate rooms, ocean views, kitchens, delicious breakfasts and nearby beaches. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, too.If you like hiking and exploring, this is your place! Mark and Inayah connected us with local guides and transportation, recommended places to visit that are not in any guidebook, and even helped with getting my visa extended without an agent-saving me over $100.I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

We had a wonderful few days here in June. Our hosts Mark and Inayah were so welcoming and accommodating and did all they could to make our stay fantastic. The rooms were beautiful, clean and modern with great views from the balconies (particularly at sunrise). We loved it here and will definitely be back

My partner Joy and I spent a wonderful week at Balti Bali.The units are virtually brand new with excellent facilities.A kitchen to keep your bintangs cold.Your own private balcony for sun downers with sea views and a pool for a refreshing dip.Our hosts Mark and Inaya and staff were so welcoming and hospitable,they made you feel right at home.Our stay was a real homestay experience in a great location nestled in amongst the local village and only a few minutes walk to the best part of lipah beach and really good Warungs for delicious gastronomic delights.Mark’s passion for hiking was infectious.Joining him on one of his walks was a great experience.Up close and personal with Balinese country life and spectacular views all around including the mighty Gunung Agung.Thank you Mark,Inaya and crew.We love you guys.’We’ll be back’
