Location is ok...Booking via agoda.com 15 September 2024 for 1 night...I was hampered when I entered (check in)... I was informed by the hotel via the application that I would be entering at night... When I arrived there was no staff to give me the key, not even a single staff member at the accommodation was on standby... Finally we waited a long time...We tried calling the number at the front desk several times but no one picked up.... After waiting for a long time, finally a local resident helped us contact the staff.... Our suggestion is that if you don't want to be contacted, don't contact us. just put the number on the table...Quite disappointed...Rooms and cleanliness are good...Hotel staff must be on standby at the accommodation if you want to call it a hotel... If there aren't any, don't say it's a hotel, just say boarding house...

Batukaras Kalaras pleasantly surprised us. The room was clean and spacious, which is a big plus. In addition, the accommodation looks much better in reality than in the photos, which is not always obvious. Parking was provided right on the spot, which suited us very well. Helpful staff. Overall, we rate this accommodation very positively and can definitely recommend it to other travelers who are looking for a comfortable and friendly place to relax.

Stayed here during a long weekend. Luckily we still got a room near the river. Deluxe room with a rate of 700 thousand/night. The first room the AC was not cold. Moving next door, the hot water doesn't work. Yes, choose a cold shower, rather than being hot when you sleep, okay?Bathroom materials seem to make it difficult to get a "clean" feel. Rooms with a joglo concept are very warm and make you feel at home. Just the right size. Until it's time for us to pray, we often duck into the cupboard/bed. Luckily there is a mosque next door.Joglo2 which stands alone makes it neat. All rooms are arranged facing the river. The atmosphere at breakfast is epic, even if it's just standard fried rice, haha..
