We were guests in the wonderful Villa Indah Sekali for 10 days in June.An all-round successful and perfect holiday for us in every respect.Sabine answered all of our questions before and after booking in a very appreciative and personal manner and gave us valuable tips. For example, we are glad that we hired Wayan (the villa driver) based on her advice.The 3 good spirits Komang, I Luh and Wayan left us wanting for nothing. With her friendly, always helpful and open manner, we felt very comfortable as guests. For example, Komang helped us organize oat milk for breakfast for me and got us Balinese coffee to take away. If there was a problem, such as a lack of water when showering, Wayan fixed it within a very short time.Komang invited us to the certificate presentation at her daughter's school and were able to gain an impression of life in the Balinese community. She often treated us to delicious (Balinese) dishes for dinner at a more than fair price. Whether it's mahi mahi or fish cooked in a banana leaf or black rice pudding - Komang's cooking skills can easily rival the local warungs and restaurants. Eating dinner at the wonderful wooden table, feeling the wind and hearing the roar of the sea were unique experiences. And when we were in the villa at lunchtime, there was a small shop just 3 minutes across the street where we got Gado Gado (Balinese dish) as a snack.We used the scooters (organized by Wayan) to discover the surrounding area, the hinterland, the market in Chulik and Amlapura as well as various temples on our own.The house reef is wonderful, the colored corals and the colorful fish were easy to find, a snorkel and diving goggles are enough. We have never seen anything so beautiful in nature.Overall, the villa is equipped with many loving and well thought-out details: There is drinking water from a cooling system, the “red book” provides information about everything important, the mosquito-protected doors in the large bedroom allow you to sleep with the door open and listen to the sound of the sea hear. There is mosquito spray in every bathroom, so we were able to hit the ground running on our first day. The pavilion invited us several times to doze and read with the sound of the sea. And swimming in the pool at night and looking at the starry sky had a special magic. We quickly got used to the roosters' communication. It fit well into the village structure and our relaxed daily routine.

After a long journey 2.5 - 3 hours from the airport you will be totally amazed!!An absolute dream with three people on staff!Breakfast is served. Dinner on request upon request.The pool is really big and has direct access to the sea with the coral reefs in front of the door.The three of them are all very nice and friendly, so you hardly notice them.Massage is possible directly on site.Wayan takes care of and manages everything.

A stunning property right in the thick of an authentic Balinese fishing village. Lovely staff, comfortable rooms, immaculate gardens and a beautiful pool. Great snorkelling right out the front. Delicious breakfast included. A quiet paradise all to yourself and only a stones throw away from all of Ameds main attractions. Would love to return.

3 days in paradise! The villa is beautiful, very clean and the housekeeping staff is really just great. So friendly and accommodating and conjure up delicious food. The atmosphere was very familiar. We were helped straight away with any questions we had, for example by getting things for snorkeling and organizing a massage. Communication with the owners of the villa also went smoothly.If we're ever back in Bali we'll definitely come back... It takes 2.5 hours from the airport. The road is not flat and the surrounding roads are very rough. It is well worth staying even if you go through such hardships.Great facilities (good drainage, which tends to be a problem), the soothing sound of waves that can always be heard, and 5 wonderful staff (3 of whom are Mr. Wayan!). I am very sorry that I could only stay for 3 nights.

5 nights spent in the Indah Sekali villa and it was very difficult to leave.The villa is an incredible place: very beautiful spaces, very beautiful decoration, superb garden and large swimming pool. In addition, the villa overlooks the sea where you can see many local boats intended for fishing (quite a program to see them return in the morning - very nice experience). And of course, you swim in the sea.And what can we say about Wayan, Komang and Iluh who make this villa a little paradise and our stay an unforgettable moment. Whether it's the copious and delicious breakfast (included) or the meals prepared if you wish (at an additional cost but at the local rate - we ate every evening at the villa because we loved it ;-)) and all this in complete discretion but what a pleasure to exchange with them (thanks to Wayan for his advice on visits including the local volleyball tournament and for the contacts made to organize different activities for us such as snorkeling or scooter rental).A big thank you also to Sabine, the owner, for the good contacts and follow-up during the reservation.If a trip to Amed is planned, the Indah Sekali villa is an ideal place to stay.

An incredibly beautiful paradise to feel good! One week turned into almost two. We felt very comfortable in this villa. The house staff prepared the most delicious meals! I can recommend this villa to anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle.PS: there is a beautiful reef for diving and snorkeling right outside the door!

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed it VERY much. There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a bathroom, divided into two in the main house, which also houses the living room and kitchen, and one in each of the guest houses. Between the three buildings is the approximately 12m long pool, which is approximately 150cm deep at the back end, while a three-year-old could easily stand in the first two meters. Breakfast is prepared by staff and you order what you would like to eat the day before, special requests are also possible. If desired, lunch and dinner can also be ordered and will then also be freshly prepared in the kitchen. Alternatively, you can hire the driver and eat out in one of the many warungs (restaurants) or go on day trips. In front of the villa is the sea on a beach made of small to fist-sized pebbles, where the local fishing boats are moored and go out early in the morning to catch fish. The caretaker lives next door and can also organize scooters, snorkeling gear, etc. at good rates, just ask. Oh yes, there is a free laundry service, so you don't need to bring half the linen closet with you. If you would like to vacation in the Amed region, this is the place for you!
