The rooms look nicer in the pictures than they are. The bathroom was in poor condition and not entirely clean. The toilet was not firmly on the floor but wobbled violently. There were fresh towels every day, but they didn't smell fresh. The lighting in the room could be better as it was so difficult to read a book in bed at night. The pillows were too high to sleep on. In addition, the air conditioning was very loud, so you could hear it even with ear plugs. But you get used to it. Better than sleeping in a hot room ;) Unfortunately, the breakfast wasn't as good as I expected. The pancakes were very sweet and too salty and sometimes burnt at the same time. The maple syrup and jam were both watered down with something. Apart from pancakes, there were no "sweet" and hardly any vegetarian dishes for breakfast, which I found very unfortunate because I'm not a savory breakfast type. The staff was friendly and the facility was otherwise nice. The scooter rental was rather more expensive (120,000/day) and one of the brakes on the scooter was already very low. On Nusa Penida the roads are great for driving and there is little traffic. All of the sights can only be reached by scooter or expensive taxi. The property picked us up from the port free of charge, which we found very nice. We only had to pay for the return journey. There was watermelon juice as a welcome drink and there were many restaurants within walking distance of the accommodation, all of which we tried.

Highly recommended to spend a couple of nights, the people who run it are very friendly, of course, if you don't drive a motorcycle you will be a little "trapped" on the island, although the hotel offers you a highly recommended transportation service. .You will feel like you are in the middle of the jungle and in general in a quiet place where you can relax from the stress of places like Ubud or Kuta.

We spent seven nights in this hotel which is by far our favorite out of the five hotels we stayed in during our three weeks in Bali!Deluxe room with 1 King size bed and 1 extra bed for our 12 year old son (provide an extra), with air conditioning and fridge.The bathroom is very well appointed and spacious, the bungalow is very well maintained and the cleaning is done thoroughly, change of sheets, towels... every day!Very quiet place, the swimming pool is very pleasant and the vegetation very well maintained.The staff is top notch, friendly, smiling, attentive and advises us…Transfer from the port organized with the hotel by WatsApp, and return transfer with the hotel staff as well.When we arrived, in less than an hour we had our scooter at the same price as the rental companies.The breakfasts and dishes are very good and we drank the best watermelon juice here!!Proximity to cristal bay, gamat bay, amoke sunset and the Reeflex diving center.Everything was great! You can book this hotel with your eyes closed, if we come back to Nusa Penida it is in this hotel without hesitation that we will rest our luggage! Thank you to all the staff for your good humor, your kindness and more generally for this week spent at your side.

Is it a resort that lets you play guitar and sing all night long? I can't sleep. Partying in the hotel restaurant until 11pm. What is this? I came here to rest. It’s 2:30 in the morning now… Is this noise normal? I want to leave right away. If you give me a refund, I want to leave right away. It's the worst.

Located between Crystal Beach ana Harbour make the place so strategic. Great atmosphere on the resort with large room and bathroom.Clean room and pool is guaranteed, cons is ants/insect sometimes shown in balcony but totally normal considering the nature environment. Pool is 1.8m depth so suitable for local/foreigners.Breakfast is amazing, you can choose 1 food and 1 drink but the taste is so authentic. Order Brekie breakfast and Nusa Penida breakfast, Nusa Penida breakfast is recommended who love toast, poached egg, mushroom and cheese, brekie breakfast for anyone like suasage, omelette and baconWon't hesitate to visit the resort again

Location-wise it's not directly in front of a beach. It was located on the street leading to Crystal Beach.I stayed here 2 nights in September for this years's Bali trip with my family.Room amenities were okay. But it can be better, if there are several towels provided. At least one or two small handtowels for hand drying.We only got bath towels during our stay.We got two small bottled waters. But if you want it to be environment-friendly, it will be better if only one big bottle provided.The pool is adequate for such a hotel this size.The Staffs are friendly.

It is a nice hotel with a good restaurant and friendly staff.They offer east and west travel packages as shown in the picture (private tours for 2 people) and packages that go to both places within a day for 1,000,000 IDR.The price of snorkeling is per person.Accommodation pick-up service was free at the port, but port drop-off service at the property was charged 150,000 IDR.During my stay at the accommodation, I visited the hospital due to a high fever and provided a round-trip car service for 250,000 IDR (reasonable price)It doesn't matter when you pay with cash, but there is a 3% extra charge when you pay by card.The accommodation was in good condition overall, but sometimes cockroaches come out, and the water pressure is so weak that I think it's ridiculous.

We stayed here recently at Bintang Penida for 3 nights. Reading the reviews we thought that it would be a decent choice in Nusa Penida. However, we found that the rooms were heavily infested with insects and money was stolen from us. There are no safes in the hotel room and we (stupidly) left some cash in our backpacks in hidden compartments. Meaning that they had to really dig through our items to take our cash. We noticed that around 500000 + IDR and $50 USD were taken from us after our stay at Nusa. We only noticed after the fact when we checked out and was counting our cash on the speedboat back. We were stupid and left our cash in our bags, however, there were no safes provided. I would heavily heavily suggest you look else where for accommodation., unless you enjoy having your money stolen on your trip.

We stayed here for one night, it was great stay, nice rooms with pool view. Food was okay, presentable breakfast but we had to choose from the menu and it was not breakfast buffet. Overall great stay!This place is near Crystal Bay Beach takes 5-6 min by bike from the hotel. They also provide rental bike for a good price, petrol and buggy car ride for extra cost.Also, there were so many lizards [5 at once] right out of our room.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. We had a superb stay, the welcome was warm, the setting is magnificent, it is very well maintained, the rooms are charming!The staff is very kind and attentive.You can ask reception to find scooters to rent. And they came to pick us up at the port (at a reasonable extra charge).The hotel is located less than 10 minutes by scooter from Crystal Bay (ideal for snorkeling).We ate at the restaurant several times and it was very good, the quantities were generous.Go for it!
