Beautifully secluded and great staff.Very quiet and invites you to relax.If you want to really discover Nusa Penida and don't just want to do these 1 day tours, this is the right place for you.Everything is easily accessible and the staff supports you with everything you need.If you really want to get to know the culture, this is the right place and you just have to ask the staff.Personal thanks again to the manager, who showed us the culture and took us to the ceremony in the village and invited us to dinner at his place.It was a lot of fun, we learned something and we will come back.Thanks for the great exchange.

What an amazing experience!We chose this resort to start our honeymoon in Indonesia and, let me say it, it was a great decision.Everything was perfect: we felt like we were in the heart of the forest but with the comfort of a great resort.Incredible swimming pool and delicious food.A big thank you goes to the staff, always kind and helpful, and to our favourite driver, Wayan who took such good care of us: you make this place even better ❤️

A great place to stay in the middle of nature, with incredible views and all the comforts in the world. Clean, super comfortable bed, perfect bathroom, breakfast and restaurant very good! If I return to Nusa Penida I will not hesitate to repeat!

The BB Resort on Nusa Penida gave us a wonderful stay. We had a bungalow right by the pool, which was not only beautifully designed but also extremely clean. The well-kept grounds and the beautiful design of the bungalow have contributed significantly to the feel-good factor.The staff was incredibly friendly and always tried to make our stay a pleasant one. However, a small suggestion for improvement would be to further improve the team's English skills in order to make communication even more fluid.The location of the resort is absolutely great! It is centrally located on the island, so we were able to easily explore all corners of Nusa Penida. Be it beaches or sights – everything was easily accessible.The BB Resort also completely impressed us in terms of cuisine. The food was delicious and varied, so we looked forward to meals every day.Overall, we can highly recommend the BB Resort and would come back at any time!

The location is quite good considering the size of the island, but the road leading to the resort is very bumpy. Every time you close your phone, you have to reconnect to the Wi-Fi.

To limit waste on the island, it would really be appropriate in the hotel:- to stop distributing disposable flip flops- stop giving plastic bottles (room and restaurant) (to be replaced by fountains)- stop using plastic strawsNice hotel but a little isolated if you don't have a car!

Almost everything, to begin with the location is very difficult by motorcycle and taxi, to continue the breakfast and the restaurant are of low quality and high price.Finally and most importantly, we found several cockroaches in our room and another in our luggage that we discovered when we arrived at the next hotel. Disgusting and not recommended

✅Quiet pool, very good restaurant food, fast room service, very nice private villas.❌ We stayed in a room and the following nights in a private villa, large cockroaches appeared in both, the cleaning was poor (towels with stains, remains of food wrappers), the access path to the hotel is very heavy Even by car (it is in very bad condition), the mosquito net did not close completely, many insects in the rooms.

This hotel in Nusa Penida offers large and well-planned rooms, which are definitely a plus. However, the presence of insects was a significant issue during my stay; I encountered a large spider in the room and had to deal with many mosquitoes and flies in the restaurant area. While I understand the hotel is on a recently opened island with a rustic setting, I felt the staff could have been more proactive in managing this, similar to other hotels in Bali that use incense, plug-in insecticides, and provide repellents for guests. Additionally, the reception area could use some enhancement to match the rest of the hotel’s decor and ambiance, as it currently gives off an underwhelming first impression.

Very nice hotel. The road to get there is really a little unusual. It's not that difficult, it's more like a path through the jungle. We arrived late in the evening and at first we didn’t even realize that this was a road. There is another road through the village, but it seemed less convenient to me. The hotel has wonderful staff and a great pool (main pool). We had a two-story house with a small pool. Everything suited us. You live separately from other hotel residents. The hotel is quiet, safe and calm. The hotel has very convenient access to all attractions. Breakfast is good, there are many warungs nearby where you can eat. The bed is comfortable, the shower is good.

The room and location are very nice. The rooms are big, spacious and clean. In a magnificent forest. It's not just SPA. So there is no SPA inside. There are massage people but unfortunately the massage was the worst massage we had in Bali.

The hotel is far for everything, so highly recommend to rent a motorcycle to go to places. The hotel has a very spacious and comfortable room and a nice and big pool. Also the staff is very helpful and caring. For my bday they decorate the room with balloons and flowers.
