My husband and I had a great stay here, the rooms are spacious and clean. The hosts are welcoming and the location is great. The swimming pool is beautiful, clean and the water is very good. An idyllic setting at a lower cost!A special mention for the mascot of this place: a little kitten that we named NUSA and who stays around the little houses.This little cat came to us every day to ask for cuddles. He is playful and very affectionate.Don’t hesitate to cuddle him and take care of him during your stay, he is THE star of these places and will certainly enhance your stay on the island.

I recently stayed at this incredible hotel nestled in the heart of a lush jungle, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel offers separate villas, each providing views of a coco palm forest. The villas themselves are modern and beautifully designed.The common areas are nice, with a breathtaking infinity pool that overlooks the jungle, creating a serene and picturesque setting. The bar and restaurant are good, serving delicious food and drinks without the hassle of crowds. Additionally, there are several restaurants within walking distance, offering a variety of dining options.The staff are friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. They were very helpful in organizing transportation, which made getting around much easier.While my stay was generally pleasant, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The staff’s English proficiency is quite basic, which sometimes made communication challenging. Additionally, the spa services, particularly the manicure and pedicure, were disappointing and did not meet the expected standards.

Perfect stay in this hotel, they came to pick us up from the port, very pleasant and calming setting. The swimming pool is open 24/24, scooter rental on site really 100% satisfied. We found a kitten called “Nusa”, please take care of it when you go 🙏🫶

Possibly the best room we have been in on our trip and we have been to several places. The Suite is very very beautiful and the pool has incredible views. Good breakfasts and very friendly staff always with a smile. About 20 minutes from the port and very close to Cristal Bay.

This is just out of mind, this place is awesome the people, the rooms are clean, the pool has amazing views, always willing to help you and serve whatever we needed, we have been traveling around indonesia and we will never forget this place due the people, we had just such an amazing time with all it comes and involves staying 2 nights here.I honestly never write reviews but this one I just had to.

Compared to the Bali island, the staff were a little less friendly and helpful, and little support was offered for diving and snorkeling trips. There was just an option or none. They also couldn't tell us a single diving school. Otherwise we were generally satisfied with the service. The restaurant is also small but nice, the rooms are very spacious and nice. The bathroom had a strange musty smell but overall the price-performance ratio was good. The pool gets little sun towards the afternoon as the sun sets behind the hotel.Renting a scooter was no problem at all. Quiet location, away from the street.

What can I say, I think it was the most incredible hotel we stayed in on our long Indonesian trip. The staff and all the staff of this structure made us feel like "at home", which is absolutely not to be taken for granted and which makes the difference compared to the other suggestive hotels that can be found here. They took care of our needs down to the smallest details and delighted us with exquisite breakfasts and dinners. The shuttle service for the various trips is perfect (much more difficult than the already chaotic Bali). The infinity pool overlooking the nature reserve is something sensational. The taxi driver Nick is the best driver we could meet

Great hotel, incredible view from the swimming pool, close to Crystal Bay, only downside is the towels not changed every day. The hotel organized the transfer for us from Sanur to Nusa and from Nusa to the hotel on the way there and back and the prices are very reasonable, thank you to them!

Fantastic villas in the hills with a great pool, nice restaurant and young, funny owners. Actually something that you can really enjoy as a couple, because the villas are very private and have a great view of the jungle from the balcony. There are various beaches nearby, although Crystal Bay is not that great, but the friendly owners are happy to advise you. There are also Romatiache restaurants around the corner.

Lovely setting with the cabins in the woods. Very quiet place, superb forest views. Staff is really sweet, and do their best, but they lack training lack and proficiency in English, this for the looks and price of the accommodation; not quite Bali level. Same with food offerings, could be better. This can be improved if management gets to it.

Transfer from the port was ordered from the hotel. The hotel is located in the jungle) I want to note that there are no gojek or hornbeam on the island, only local taxis and to visit the sights you need to rent a car for the day (if you don’t have a bike), at least 700-800 thousand rupees. The hotel itself is beautiful, cozy, good swimming pool. The houses are spacious and clean. No living creatures. Just the right thing for a couple of nights) to have time to see the island)

Stayed in this hotel for 2 people, very well maintained and tidy facility. Transport from Bali including a boat trip was booked by the hotel, so you don't have to worry about getting there safely.The breakfast was very good, dinner and cocktails were also very tasty.The rooms are well equipped and tidy, you have to expect a few insects, you are in the middle of the jungle.The employees, especially Stepi, responded to all requests and were super nice.Crystal Bay is only 3 minutes away by scooter. You can also rent scooters on site and go on excursions.Would definitely visit this hotel again if we are in Penida again

Very quiet place, in the heights.Serenity assured, magnificent panorama with infinity pool.Very generous breakfast included.The team is very warm.Stepi is very kind, always smiling and very gentle.Thanks Stepi.Possibility to rent a scooter on site.Possibility of ordering a driver.If you like tranquility away from the tourist crowds of the port, Green coco is ideal.Located 3 minutes from Crystal Bay.Very good value for money.I recommend.
