The restaurant served a long time, many of the menus were empty and the toilet water was dead.

Came on weekdays, the location is quite strategic, the villa we chose (above) turned out to be the TV was broken, the wifi had no signal.Finally moved to the villa below, when the staff checked it turned out the water heater wasn't working.moved again to the villa next door. Did the officer check everything? OK. Rooms, toilets are very simple and narrow.9am. want to take a shower, 14⁰C still freezing, want to take a shower, the water heater doesn't work. The officer tries to replace the battery, check the gas is ok. But still the water heater doesn't work.Keep smiling....

In mid-July, I visited Ciwidey and chose to stay here.Overall quite satisfied.- The room can be said to be quite good, with a price of around 300 thousand, can accommodate four children (touring children), already has a gallon and dispenser, there is a water heater, we happened to choose one like a hut (3 huts in a row, we were one of them) . In front of it there are also 2 benches for relaxing.- The service was also quite good, when we arrived at around 10am, we tried to ask and were greeted quite friendly, told to wait a moment, we could come in around 11:30am.- Location, this is the main choice, we chose here because it is located quite above, meaning not below (near the Ciwidey Grand Mosque), so it's really cold to use.What's quite unfortunate is that it looks like Bukit Smile is still under development, there are still lots of empty areas in the resort, there are quite a lot of strawberry plants but they don't look like they're being cared for, it's a shame even though it could be a really good promotional tool.There is also a play area which in my opinion is not in the right place and is not well maintained.We didn't have time to eat at the restaurant because we were tired and it turned out the restaurant closed at 17:00, even though they said it tasted good and was quite affordable (that's what they said), in the end we looked for food somewhere else that wasn't too far away.Thank you Smile Hill!!

I booked a standard cottage for 1 night, because I booked via the application, the price was quite affordable. The location is in Rancabali, precisely before the lakeside glamping tour. It is very suitable for friends who want to stay overnight while feeling the cool air and quiet of Ciwidey.The room is quite large with an en suite bathroom and a water heater is also provided along with amenities + towels.There are also other facilities provided, namely wifi, dispenser + 1 cup, and TV. For my husband and I, it's quite worth it because you order it on the app, however, if you order it outside the app it's quite pricey... because when you stay there there are several drawbacks.Here are some shortcomings that might provide input for managers:• The bathroom was poorly maintained, I found 2 small centipedes, apart from that the brush and toothpaste were just lying around in a mess, so I didn't dare to use them.• The motifs of the sheets and blankets are not the same, I'm sorry, I don't know if this is too much or not, but I'm quite disturbed by the contrasting + non-matching motifs of the sheets and blankets• The location of the gas cylinder is right next to the bed, which makes my husband and I really scared... afraid of what it's like, where it's near the dispenser and electricity socket.• Many of the curtains have fallen off and need to be repaired.• The trash cans outside were full, when we first arrived we were quite surprised because the trash cans in our cottage which were full outside had not been cleaned.• Some dusty items such as cups & mirrors, especially the mirror, when I wanted to use it, I saw in the mirror there was a kind of lipstick kiss that when my husband and I looked, it was like hmmmm, sis, it's the one who kissed the mirror.. please.. 😅😭So far that's all, the rest is ok, oh yes, for friends who want to stay overnight, I suggest that if you want to buy necessities or snacks, it's better to go to the minimarket in the afternoon, because even at half past 7 in the evening the road is already quiet and dark... It's also far from everywhere. .. can't order gofood, sfood etc hehehe ..The point is, it's worth it if you order via the APPThank you.. ✨

The room I got was not clean, it looked like the sheets, pillowcases and blankets had been used by other visitors and had not been washed. The blanket smelled of slobber.The bathroom wasn't clean, I had to clean the toilet first, the hot water wasn't enough, it only felt warm, almost cold. Indeed, it was reported that there was a problem with the water/faucet that had not been repaired. The room carpet is not cleanThere are leeches in the bathroom.There are no towel facilities and other toiletries.However, the natural environment is very cool, the air is clean

The liwet rice package is delicious, but the price hasn't been updated yet. If the book is 190k, the original price is 209k. Stir-fried kale in the book 15k original price 37k. The warm orange is sweet.

The service is great, the food is delicious.

Not recommended, the price doesn't match the facilities, many of them are damaged, the carpet is dirty, especially the breakfast is below standard taste

Smile Hill really makes you smile.The place is comfortable, the food is also delicious. Moreover, the chili sauce and fried tempeh are champions.
