Child-friendly camping experience, sufficient facilities for a family holiday. There are private toilets available for the superior type and above.. there is only renovation work going on, so the front looks a bit messy.. hopefully after it will be better,.. it's a bit of a shame that breakfast isn't available, maybe it would be more comfortable if there were breakfast facilities for superior accommodation. on

I rented a superior tent and it was not cheap through a web serviceWhen we arrived it turned out that the road to the inn was very bad and uphillThere was no front office guarding it at that time and it was less visibleAnd we were told that the hot springs we were looking for were closed for repairsThe facilities provided are "only" standard 2 mineral water and heating kettle, wifi (wifi is not used at all)When we were going to take a shower, we found that the bathroom heating gas had run out, so we had to call downstairs again to the front office because 2 WA admin numbers could not be contacted and the other number was only answered by the answering machine.After waiting a long time to replace the gas cylinder that had run out, I was able to take a shower but it was a bit uncomfortable because the accommodation staff repeatedly offered firewood (we had politely refused several times since we arrived)The next day when we wanted to go home we found the bathroom water was deadI reported it to the front office and they only answered casually that there were pipe repairs going on(Why do you rent it if it's being repaired)Until we got home the water no longer flowed in the bathroomSo we just had to shower in the bathhouseI was the only person who hired a superior who was treated like thisEspecially those who rent standard tents

No recommendation, too expensive, there is no soaking pool, the hot water is often disturbed, the water has been turned off for a long time, they say it is being repaired even though it is an emergency but there is no initiative to help with other alternatives, honestly disappointed
