When I first ordered offline, the response was really fastWhen I arrived at the front office, I had to confirm the payment to the admin. WA started not responding, maybe because I had already arrived at the accommodation, okay?(+) vibes:1. Accommodation has a large parking area2. There is a playground like a slide3. There is a restaurant, the food is quite delicious and the prices are not expensive4. The view is the best mountains5. The outside is really nice, right when you enter the parking lot, it's really cold in the courtyard area6. There are children's and adult swimming pools7. Pick strawberries8. The bungalow is a beautiful building9. Strategic location on the side of the main Rancabali road(-) vibes:1. The guys at the front office are not friendly or can communicate well, but the cleaners and the security guys are nice and friendly, lots of smiles too2. Wifi doesn't reach the room / can't be used in 1 room. I've been to the front office but my room's wifi is correct but there isn't a wifi signal in the room.3. The room carpet was very dirty with lots of spills4. When you opened the room it smelled like a mixture5. The bathroom door is broken6. The closet that makes the water flush push comes off so you have to adjust the lid so you can press it if it slides, it has to be correct again.7. There's only 1 plug for the dispenser...for charging, I'm confused about where when I look, there's a TV behind it, but it's a bit difficult to insert the charging cable.8. The breakfast doesn't have much taste...9. There's only 1 teabag left in the jar and it's like I've been brewing it for a long time and the tea is really foamy10. Room cleanliness is not very good11. The swimming pool's water is murky and the adult area has green moss on the edges.In my opinion, this inn is actually really good, it's just that the rooms are not clean enough and there are a lot of things damaged and the communication between the employees is not good at all. The price of 550 at the weekend is expensive for the cleanliness which is not maintained... hopefully in the future we can make more progress and pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms

Actually it's really good, the location is also strategic on the side of the road and close to several tourist attractions, but in my opinion the cleanliness is lacking, so the accommodation and rooms are a bit poorly maintained. I first saw it on TikTok because I really liked holidaying in Ciwidey, so I was interested in trying it, but I was skeptical about the Google reviews and oh well, the zonk was only 275k on weekdays. Eh, it turns out that when I arrived it wasn't as bad, the service review was really good, the staff, the security guard, were very friendly, the cold water swimming pool had lots of dead insects, but it was still fun to swim in, the mines in the sauna were dead and the rooms weren't well maintained, maybe because the air was cold so lots of mushrooms. Oh yes, guys, there are lots of cats here, don't forget to bring dry food for them, bro 🥰

The accommodation is quite okay...Swimming pool facilities are available, parking is quite spacious, the location is on the side of the road.Facilities in the bungalow are available such as hot water, TV, and there is a place for an indoor campfire. I'm really sorry, this is the first time I've commented on Google like this.Honestly, this is disappointing, the facilities listed in the room and in the picture don't match, I ordered 2 super deluxe rooms and the top room. the service is a bit lacking, but that's okay.Firstly, the bathroom doesn't have a shower, the tap is only for filling the bathtub, the door is broken, so in the bathroom you can see it from the outside, there is a hole in the ceilingsecondly, the sink is really dirty, just look at it as shown in the picture, even when I just checked in, there was still rice left over from someone's use, the tap was broken, the water was small, the sink was rusty!! grossthirdly, the firewood place actually looks like a trash can, lots of cigarette butts, it's really dirty hahahahhhhhhhhhhfourth, in the other room we use a gallon but the dispenser is a bit damaged but can still function. but in the next room, it's really dirty, the gallon of mineral water that should be used once is instead refilled, the dispenser is also dirty and the glass and cup for coffee and tea are not very convincing for consumption.really amused, sorry, please improve the facilities and services, it's not really good😂🙏🏻

Arriving at the gate from the outside it looked good, when I entered the bungalow it turned out to be dark, dirty, I asked the staff for aqua water but what they gave me was a used gallon that wasn't sealed, I didn't know what water it was, there was only a little sugar left, the coffee was gone, there was a crust remaining, The water in the sink and bathroom is very small, but the hot water is quite smooth, when I arrived at the bungalow the towels were still drying outside, I don't want to come here again🙁
