+ modern design+ there is a warm pool+ affordable location from Jakarta (don't go upstairs)- ordering dinner at a restaurant takes a very long time, 1 menu can take >30 minutes. If you order several menus, you can be sure it will take >1 hour to eat together. Anw, this is dine-in, not room service.- When having dinner at a restaurant, served by a female waitress, when asked about the menu, she didn't understand it at all until she went back and forth to ask in the kitchen. Finally replaced by another female waitress.- ordered floating breakfast at 7.30, but it only arrived at 8.00. That was after being called 3x.- When we just arrived the lights went out 3 times.- The water heater didn't turn on at all, the technician took quite a long time to come.- when checking in, it was quite busy so it was crowded and many missed. Deposit costs IDR 300,000,- but no receipt is provided.- the check-in process is manual.- the bathroom smells musty, the air freshener doesn't work.- the towels look quite worn and old, you should be able to replace them with new ones. Moreover, the color is white, so the towel looks dull.Conclusion :Prices start from 1.9 million to 4.6 million on weekends, it's totally pricey & not worth it.Hopefully there will be improvements in the future.

Last September 23, I came here, it was really good, the rooms were clean, the pool was clean, the service was okay, the food was delicious, the location was easy to gojek/grab, it was really delicious so I wanted to go there again

It's really bad that there are snakes in the room!!! Another venomous snake, the black and white striped welang snake!! Where's the holiday with parents and children again!!Actually, this is our second visit, on the first visit we were suspicious when the dead frog that had been in Pulul last night disappeared in the morning, we were suspicious but because we didn't see it straight away, that was it.And on the second visit, in a different type of room I saw with my own eyes there were snakes. Even though I had confirmed with the officer when he arrived, "Is there a snake or not?" He said there wasn't any!!Last night the snake really passed by my husband's leg while he was staying outside, he panicked and immediately called the hotel and it finally came. The officers then took the snake out. After that, we panicked because we were afraid there were still others in the park area, finally we called and asked the officer to bring salt and a mat to plug the holes that might be a way for the snake to pass through.The intention of staying overnight for healing and family events instead resulted in staying up late spreading garem throughout the room and garden area. 😭😭You have to have pest control!! It's dangerous you know!! This pest control should be a mandatory SOP for establishing hotels with an eco green theme, to prevent dangerous animals from entering the room area!!Based on this complaint and report, the hotel compensated with a discount of 25% of the room cost, the hotel also apologized by having the manager come directly to the room and meet my husband.

Stayed 3 days 2 nights, I deliberately made a reservation via WhatsApp because my friend who had visited said there was a special promotion if you booked via WhatsApp to stay 3 days 2 nights, and it was true that I got a snack voucher which was really good for snacking at night... the snacks were pizza and drinksThen in terms of overall service, it's friendly and helpful, in terms of very modern architecture and really Balinese vibes, especially if you play in the Pararatu and Cala corridor areas, the pool is warm and makes you want to take a dip whenever you can, in terms of food it's very good because it's all delicious... my favorite there is pararatu lime leaf ricethe price is quite hefty but in my opinion it is worth it for what we received, thank you astakaia success always...

Stayed 3 days 2 nights, The atmosphere and views are really pampering, the rooms are also comfortable and clean so you don't want to go home, The resort destination is a must when going to Ciwidey, honestly I didn't expect

Pararatu is good, clean, serene, breakfast is delicious and filling.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere is beautiful, delicious for relaxing with small family or friends or extended family. Even if you are in a low mood, if you stay here just to unwind, soaking in warm water at night is also very suitable, releasing all stress by relaxing. There is also a warm water pool in every room.The rooms are also spacious and the bathroom is very comfortable.
