Initially we had a good impression of the place but it only lasted a few minutes.We arrived and they didn't even give us the expected welcome cocktail, but that's the least. The room was supposed to have a sea view but we could barely hear the sea, we arrive in the room which was quite large and we go there to take a shower. Terrible experience... In my bathroom I found spiders and a huge gecko, it must have been at least 25 cm long without the tail. In the other bathroom it was worse with a crab and a cockroach.We called the staff and the only thing they were able to do was spray tons of insecticide (they generally care a lot about the welfare of the animals and this thing left us very negatively surprised), the air in the room had become unbreathable and we asked for a room change.After a bit of discussion they accepted it, the new room did not have a sea view but in theory it was superior given that it had a small private swimming pool, a pity that despite the requests that swimming pool was NEVER cleaned. When we arrived, this room also smelled of insecticide that they had probably sprayed beforehand, we checked the room and in the bathroom we found an animal's poop (probably another gecko) and the sheets were dirty. We point out things, they clean the bathroom and bring us new dirty sheets too. But obviously it didn't end there, in short I list the other problems: extremely rude staff at the reception, breakfast which had 90% of the things paid for even though it was included, water in the main pool slightly cloudy, poor WiFi, we asked them to call a taxi or a grab (a sort of local uber) and they didn't know how to do it but as an alternative they offered us one of their drivers at absurdly high prices. I wouldn't go back even if they paid me and I strongly advise everyone not to go there!
