The location, the room, the hotel corridor, the staff's service, everything is of a high standard, and the price is reasonable. If I visit Tunigan Island again, I will definitely return to this hotel.Since it is a little difficult to access, I would like to share the information. After arriving at Lembongan Island, take a taxi to Yellow Bridge (150,000 to 200,000 rupiah), and then take the hotel shuttle bus from Yellow Bridge. You can rent bikes at the hotel. (150000 rupiah/day)You can also apply for snorkeling tours at the hotel, and once you arrive at the hotel, a comfortable hotel life on Tunigan Island awaits you.The staff member, Mr. Iku, can speak a little Japanese and always talked to my wife and I.The on-site pool is also in a great location. The room was also very clean and although I got bitten by a tick at the hotel after returning to Bali, I never had that problem here.

DO NOT BOOK HEREAs per the various other negative reviews, this place is extremely below standard. Room was dirty on arrival. Mopping floors with old dirty water, phone in room ringing constantly with crossed lines, had to unplug it.To give credit the on site restaurant is very goodBook elsewhere or I guarantee you'll be disappointed. We could have stayed somewhere much better location and accessible (and no doubt cleaner) for less than half the price.Photo is of the mop water they tried to clean my room with when I requested, and again when checking out this morning at reception. GROSSThank god we only stayed 2 nights

Please think twice, 🙏✌️The pictures on the online book portals were apparently taken shortly after the facility was built. Seeing the BlueLagoon at breakfast is of course very nice, but the entire area is very old, not only very old, but also not maintained in between. Our bungalow was very dirty, I walked through it barefoot once and my feet were dark gray. 🙅‍♂️Crumbs, sand, jam and dirt everywhere. See photos. The pool wasn't nice, I didn't go in, the black, dark green corners told me that the water wasn't maintained, 😟 a lot of dirt on the floor. The lounger mat by the pool, I won't say anything about it, please look at the photo and decide for yourself who wants to chill out there in the afternoon, 😂 I definitely don't.The hot water boiler broke twice in 3 days, according to the receptionist it only brings 15 liters of hot water, then you have to wait 25 minutes.Water was either boiling hot or cold, the shower fitting was broken. Were in Bali and Lembongan for a total of 21 days. The BlueLagoon Avia Villas was the most expensive hotel we booked, but also the most disappointing. Also a bit difficult for guests who are traveling on foot or cannot drive their own scooters. Unless you like running at 35 degrees in the blazing sun. 😅 Although there is no beach that normal people can reach on foot. In the evening also Tote Hose, 1-2 restaurants within walking distance.I'm very sorry to say it this way, but if the pictures of the BlueLagoon weren't deceiving you, the hotel wouldn't be running anymore.I have been to Thailand 5 times, Vietnam 2 times and Indonesia 2 times. I always knew what I was getting when booking, but here I was very disappointed.I put a towel next to the bed so I can clean the crumb dirt from my feet before I lie down and have to sleep in the dirt from the floor. 🤷‍♂️Now a lot of people are complaining again, that's just the way it is in these countries, etc. I know, that's why I'm so disappointed, because the pictures, presentation and the excessive price suggest that it's clean and well maintained. Now it's over, look at the pictures and decide for yourself. ✌️

The staff is really very nice, however the villas are very disappointing: decrepit walls, rusty, dirty outdoor bathroom, lots of ants in the room, stained sheets, door that doesn't lock, really very dirty outdoor mattress , etc. It’s a shame because they could make it an exceptional place. The view from the restaurant is magnificent.Be careful, to access the hotel you have to cross a bridge that is not passable by cars. It’s quite a journey to get there.

Horrific stay. DO NOT STAY HERE.Rude staff that wouldn’t resolve any issuesRoom flooded with sewage from the drains.Front door wouldn’t lock so it wasn’t safe and allowed insects in.Room was badly damaged and had lots of mold in the bathroom.Shame as it should be a lovely location but itis the worst place I have stayed in Bali.

I am very disappointed with this hotel given the exorbitant price for places that are not at all maintained and very poorly cared for, stained sheets, broken tiles, don't count on hot water for your shower and mediocre wifi. 600€ for 4 nights for Bali we expected a high standard after having stayed in several hotels, this is the most disappointing and the most expensive as well. The photos are misleading, do not trust them, they are very retouched. Not to mention the price of the restaurant, they allow themselves to inflate the prices since there is not much around. We cut our stay here short. It's definitely not worth the price.
